Dr. Sumpter and her staff were outstanding! I had no idea what I was looking for and Dr. Sumpter made it so easy and she was so helpful! The surgery went flawlessly, the recovery was easy because Dr. Sumpter gave a very outlined and detailed overview of the recovery process. I adore this Doctor and her staff, very satisfied!!! :)

Received a groupon for a photo facial. Got there about 10 mins before my appt time and filled out paperwork. Receptionist wasn’t super friendly. Was seen about 5 mins after my appt time. I had been told that a photo facial was painful, which was spot on. The photo facial machine had problems starting up or warming up, so we had to wait a bit to beginning. The lady was really nice, walking me through the facial. However, when I had questions about how was it that the light affected the age spots she was at a loss and didn’t quite know. When someone is doing something that evasive to your face you kinda want to feel comfortable knowing they understand what’s going on. Didn’t get that warm fuzzy feeling. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and I’d probably try another one if the results I achieve are seen with my dark spots, 5 – 7 days!

All around wonderful experience every time I have visited.

PS. The IPL really works well. After about a week I have the smoothest prettiest skin ever! It really did take a few years off my face.
