Wing Stop

If I didn’t love the food id never come. Called ahead waited on hold for 10 min finally went in and workers were on their phones. Ordered and sat at a DIRTY table with food all over it to wait. Yes it was the cleanest one. The service sucks.

Wings are always delicious, sometimes a bit of a wait, but well worth it! Staff has always been polite as well.

This place is awful. Wings are small, dry, over fried and the sauces/​flavors are poor at best. I suggest everyone stay away. The prices are ridiculously high given the poor quality of the meal.

I wish I could give location zero stars. First off I tried to call in to place my order and the phone would ring and just hang up. I was already close by so I just decided walk in and place my order. The cashier was rude no customer service, walked over like she didn’t want to take my order, just handed me my receipt no words anything. Her whole vibe was negative and when I asked about it, her response was theres a line of people behind me. Really? Am I not a paying customer also? Meanwhile the manager is standing right there just going through receipts no phased at all by the exchange with me & wing stop cashier. I looked over and asked him is this how employees speak to customers, and he gives me this clueless look and responds asking what happened, I told them to just give me my money back. I’m not paying to get disrespected by wing stop cashier. They voided my order, and I won’t ever be coming back. I just came to Hurricanes to order wings

Called and placed the order. Arrived to pick it up and they had no record of the order. I read out the phone number and it was their store number. I ordered it again (waited the 15 minutes) I picked up the order, drinks were screwed up. Then I received a call telling me my order was ready but with the incorrect name which I gave them 3 times over the phone. Ridiculous…

I’m so pissed. Ordered online got here and wait an hour for my food. WTF… The workers got an attitude too!!!

Horrible service. Wing ok but would rather go somewhere else. And please check your order if you have carry out. Paid $ 46.00 for 20 wings cause they did not give us all the Wings. We called and they asked us to come back but found out I had to pay for the wings they left out. PERSON WE DEALT WITH WAS LAUREN. LAST TIME!!!

I have been here 3 times in the past two months and have yet to have a bad experience. The line is always long but the food is always good and hot!

Horrible service. Placed an online order due at 9:26 still waited for it to be made until 9:50. Seriously? Gtfo! Buffalo Wild Wings getting my business from now on. Rather pay little more for better wings and service.

Horrible customer service. Went in tonight and they took almost an hour to make our food. All the bad review are correct, I’ve never had service this bad. I actually like other wing stops it’s just this one that needs to get their stuff together or close down!!!

The worst place ever! I placed my order online and when I can in for the pick up, they said sorry we are not taking any cards only cash! They could have told me that when I placed the order! Never going back

If I could give 0 stars I would! This is by far the worst Wingstop! My food is incorrect AT LEAST 60% of the time (and that is being generous)! I love the food but they hire the biggest idiots at this location. How hard could it be to make wings and fries, especially when I always place the order online!!! Learn to read!

I’ve been craving wing stop for a few days and finally got the chance to eat a late snack. Unfortunately I wasn’t completely satisfied .
10 lemon pepper combo and 5 mango habanero wings. Although I came kinda late at night, there were a good amount of people in and out of the store. A couple ordered before me, and there was a woman waiting on a large order. The lemon pepper was too salty, and this has happened before at this location. I’ve been here a few times and it’s never been this salty. Maybe they changed the recipe, but the salt needs to be dialed down. The mango hab was pretty good. I thought it wasn’t that spicy, but my boyfriend begs to differ. I think bw3 mango hab is spicier and also crispier. I wish we ordered 10 mango hab and 5 lemon pep. I didn’t even finish the lemon because it was just overdosed with so much salt. The fries, oh the fries, the seasoning and the crisp … wasn’t there. The fries was what I was really wanting and it was soggy, luke warm and there wasn’t enough seasoning. This was a little sad for my experience here and I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location.
Because I ordered the 10 wing combo, it comes with a drink. I didn’t want the drink so I asked if I could just replace it with celery or carrots, but they don’t allow it… so don’t try to ask.
I will stick to bw3 or go to another wing stop location.

Just had lunch here with our boys and it was a solid 3 star experience. We got a 30 boneless wings family meal-​came with 3 flavors of wings, 3 dipping sauces, french fries, and carrots and celery, We got the garic parmesan wings for the boys who doesn’t like spicy, and he was quite happy with them. For the rest of us, we got Cajun and Louisiana Rub. The rub one is new and kind of dry and bland, not bad, just not much to it. The Cajun had a red sauce and a decent kick. The fries were okay, if a little soggy.
It took a while for them to make the food, but the guy who works there was nice. This place is very close to home and I would go back, but wouldn’t go out of my way to.

German Cockroach Alert! Ate here a week or so ago with a friend. After we finished, I found a live cockroach on the wall of the dining room! If you know roaches, you know these are freaking nasty. I emailed HQ ans they couldn’t have cared less. All Wing Stops have lost my business. I gave them a chance to rectify and the shat on it. Piss on them. AVOID!!!

Some of my wings literally had feathers. It was a bit disturbing.

Eating here may have been my biggest disappointment, ever (and that’s counting the other night when a one-​eyed trucker named Beulah beat me in the «Miss Harris County METRO Station» pageant).
I’ll admit it. I’m a size queen. But COME ON! I’ve never seen chicken wings this small. Seriously, my thumb was actually larger. I ordered 20 wings half garlic parmesan/​half hickory smoked BBQ. The garlic parmesan is not a sauce, by the way… it’s just the cheese you’d shake on spaghetti.
What usually comes along with bad food? Bad service. Don’t expect them to hand your order to you over the counter. Apparently that’s against their policy. Also, don’t bother asking for a receipt. It’s really too much trouble.
Fortunately, there will be other chicken wings in the future (and other pageants). Better luck next time!
