Wings & More

I have been here about 4 times, once was during lunch time on a Friday, it was pretty dead but got good service and really really fast food, don’t know if that’s a good or bad thing, like with in 5 minutes of ordering or food, it was in front of us, it didn’t seem to fresh obliviously. Second time was a Sunday they where a little packed and got ok service and food in about 10 to 15 minuets. Third time was on a Tuesday, and they where EXTREMELY packed and busy!!! I can’t believe how many cheap people come for the 2 for 1 deal, especially when you get horrible service and wait time is about an hour. We got their about 6pm, we where told about 5 different times that we would be seated in 10 minutes by 5 different people. About 45 minutes later we get seated at a booth way way to small for 7 people, and about 30 minutes later we finally got asked if we wanted a drink. By this time we already knew what we wanted to drink and order, after being starved for almost 2 hours. We waited about 20 – 30 minutes for food, but the wings where very fresh which in turn made us full happyz and satisfied. Fourth time it was a Sunday but I got pick up, thinking it would be a little faster. Wrong thought, since it was a little packed with the game being on, by the way, Texans won. I waited about 30 – 40 minutes and got home food was cold but still tasty. If you live close bye then call in or online an order, if its at night on Tuesday or a weekend when the gams on, then good luck to you the wait is long get their early!!! The wings are small and very tasty, the service is mediocre. But the best time to go is… I still don’t really know… To be continued.

Was waiting for service for 20 minutes… I was not even asked what I would like to drink… Was not even established after being seated that someone will be with us shortly… I got frustrated and left… While walking out staff was saying have a good night after playing on their phone not knowing I just came in the door without being assisted… I didn’t say anything because I was too mad and I didn’t want to have my appetite ruined… Now I’m in wings and things and already been served my drink and my order taken in less than 5 minutes now that’s what I call service!

How do yo have a problem with an establishment that offers a 2 for 1 wing Tuesday?!?

Got there on a Sunday at 1pm.
They have a drive through but beware of driving through after the rain. There are huge puddles, almost pools filled with water through the drive through.
The choices of wing flavors are amazing, 4 hot levels of original, 4 hot levels of lemon pepper, 4 bbqs, with some cajun, thai and teriyaki too.
The wait was long even though there were no cars in front of me. Around 15 – 20 minutes. For 15 wings, around $ 9.
The original hot was good, the medium lemon pepper was too salty for me. They let me split my order with two flavors. You also get some celery sticks and ranch dressing.
I didn’t find the staff rude just slow.

The 3 stars are strictly for the food. the service is HORRIBLE. i mean horrible. there will be times where you will sit around for almost 20 minutes waiting for someone to take a drink order. It also doesnt help that every single time you go, you see new faces, that cant be a good thing. Food is very good, very well made, never had hairs in the food. So i come to a crossroads everytime i want to eat from this place. Either i go and eat there and experience some of the worst service in this area, or i just pickup an order and eat at the house. I guess its up to you, i recommend picking up an order, especially on those busy days, being Tuesdays and Thursdays (the Two-​fer days — double your wings for the price of the single order). For lunch it isnt too bad, pricing is good, and i have gotten some good service on rare occasions, but overall its a good place.
