I lived here for 2yrs when the apartments were first buit and never had any problems. The apartments are beautiful. Everytime I came to the office to pay my rent the manager remembered my name. One time at 11oclock at night there was a shortage and I called the 24 hr maintenance line and they came right away and the guy from the leasing office called the next day to make sure the problem was fixed. I moved out to move closer to work and was unhappy where I moved to so I moved back here. I have the biggest 2brm which has an island kitchen a fridge with an ice and water filter, a 2 garden tubs, energy efficient lighting which lights beautifully, plus the price is not bad at all. There is a put put course, tanning booth, a huge gym with tvs in the cardio equipment, and a always clean beach front pool with WIFI. There is a Rave movie theatre and Buffalo Wild Wings walking distance next to the complex and plenty of grocery stores nearby. Plus plenty of places that deliver if you hate to cook like me. I lived in plenty of apartments and this place feels like home. The complex is quiet, I always have a close parking spot, it’s always clean, and they have valet trash pick up. I honestly can’t find anything wrong with this place. I wish the gym was open 24hrs but I can deal with the 10pm. But I would recommend anyone to check this place out coming from a girl who is picky about her place of residence.

I do not advise anybody to move to this complex for the following reasons: Parking is ridiculous. You have to have a tag to park by your apartment. If you have visitors they have to park in the front so you will have to go pick them up if you live in the back which then means you may lose you parking spot. Walls are super thin. You can hear every noise in the other apartments… clearly. The gates. You can only get in and out of the front gates even though there are some in the back of the complex. They are not working half of the time. And you better start driving through the gate because if you wait one nanosecond it will close on your vehicle(it closed on my truck) and you will be held responsible for it. Upon moving out(which you will after your lease is up) they will send you a high bill for ridiculous damages they claim you made in the apartment.
