Allen Edwin is a pleasant company to deal with. They built my home pretty much on schedule. Unfortunately, some of their work goes to subcontractors that are shoddy at best. When you complain about their horribly defective work, Allen Edwin supports them and characterizes their work as adequate, then you get to watch it predictably fall apart for a year before the company will let you have repairs made following a one year walk through. It’s frustrating and sad. May of my neighbors have had similar experiences or worse. Most feel Allen Edwin is banking on us not complaining or demanding repairs when the time comes, and, indeed, may homeowners lose patience and fix issues themselves.
