We found Exceptional Mortgage through a family referral and are very thankful that we did! We closed on our new home today in Brighton. Thanks to Chris we were informed that in the Brighton area we qualified for a no money down mortgage. Its called USDA or rural development. This saved us from having to put 3.5% down along with a much lower PMI payment and having the ability to roll the closing costs in to the mortgage. A great loan package that we did not even know about. In the end he kept our closing costs extremely low compared to the big boys like Quicken. His assistant Danielle was also extremely helpful.
