I knew this was a Radio Shack before, but now it is a corporate owned Sprint Store combination with Radio Shack, so for me it’s even better! I am glad I have a local shop near where I live instead of having to drive to the Fairfield Commons mall area to take care of anything I need related to my Sprint phone and service.
The customer service here was top notch. I had a «Forever Galaxy» lease on my S5 and I upgraded to an S7. The process was smooth and the customer service was fantastic. This kind of service is the reason I switched to Sprint from Verizon back in CT, and I’m glad I am still getting that same caliber of service here in OH. I will definitely be a return customer.
