Hudson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

I recently purchased a Jeep Compass from this dealership and a remote start and backup camera were part of the deal. I arranged for the installation along with the first oil change. They provided a loaner vehicle during the service. The service department was aware that I really needed my vehicle back by the end of the day. There was a problem with the backup camera wiring harness and I received a call from Bill Bush, the Service Manager. Bill explained the issue and told me he would make calls to see how quick he could get a new wiring harness. A few minutes later Bill called back and said they would have one the next day. I told him that was fine and I’d leave my Jeep there so they didn’t have to put it back together and then take it apart again. The new wiring harness arrived early the next day as promised and Bill called me at 10 am to let me know my Jeep was done and offered to deliver it. i picked up my Jeep a short time later, it was washed and ready to go, everything was put back together properly and all the new accessories worked as they should. I appreciate it that the service manager took the time and effort to make sure I was taken care of.

I have bought my last 4 trucks from here they know me and take care of me the service dept is good and fast for oil changes
