I had to get my house repainted, repaired, new appliances installed and the home staged for showing within a three week window. The staff, particulary Rick, worked hard to help me out, and I appreciate the efforts they made to make sure my POD was packed correctly. I did not like how they spoke Spanish about the work, in my home and in my presence. The company did get the staging done on time and the house looks good, but they fell down hard with the followings: 1. The interior designer was brusque to the point of rude on several occasions 2. The designer made personal remarks about me to my household staff 3. The designer tried to get my household staff to do work that IS was contracted for 4. Some of the rooms that were listed on the contract for staging were not touched. Specifically the designer wanted to represent an area I use for kitchen storage as a mud room. I went to a lot of effort to remove all the kitchen related items and store them elsewhere, but in the end, no mud room was created. Some big heavy items they said they would move, were not moved and I had to move them myself 5. The company doubled billed my credit card and made no effort to correct this until Citibank called them on it
