Mario’s Air Conditioning & Heating

We had our unit catch on fire in February (31degrees) at 10 pm. We called three companies;
one said curtly, «he would be there in the morning», next was a «robot»,. At 1 am we called Mario’s and spoke to Matt. He asked a number of questions and then said «will you be warm enough?» and offered to bring a heater! His estimate and assessment was within the other quotes my husband (steam/​air engineer) had previously obtained. Ray and Nic came right on time and worked efficiently and professionally. Our call to Mario’s was the best thing to come out of what could have been an awful start to our New Year. I still smile when
I think of Matt’s «heartwarming» question.
(I am Not related but would be proud if I was!).

«BUYER BEWARE»…Do not use this company! I called for a estimate for a very simple install — ground level air handler 2.5 Ton for a 2÷2÷1. The air handler was already removed and they quoted me $ 4,500… Total fraudulent organization praying on those with zero knowledge or the elderly. Get 3 to 4 estimates before purchases any AC repairs or replacement.
Afterwards I called the company to complain to management and the owner was out of town. I hope I hear from him to share my disappointment! I did hear from the install manager, but this is the guy the rep called that quoted $ 4,500– so he’s a dirt bag as well!
It wouldn’t surprise me on those who rated this company with ⁴⁄₅ stars are family members.

Words to describe my experience; Phenomenal, professional, courteous, prompt, outstanding. Looking for a place to replace my AC system since Saturday. Mario’s was recommend, I called them today within 45 minutes I had someone at my doorstep. My technicians name was Dan. he covered my floors (2 story house), put a new system in its entirety. My house was spotless, the air conditioner is working phenomenally and Dan was an outstanding technician very knowledgeable. Would I recommend them «„YES“». you will not be disappointed. Thank you Mario’s for the good work. By the way (they brought a portable AC the night my unit broke)

I am new to the area and was directed to Mario’s for help with a blown heater/​ac. From Terry in the office to Matt, the technician who came to the house to the two guys they sent the very same day to install a new unit, they all made a stressful day a great day. The installers were polite, hard working and answered all my questions. The new unit was installed and working in 3.5 hours. Incredible. I would highly recommend them for your ac/​heat needs. There are no words good enough to describe this business. Thank you Mario and your superb staff.
