I commissioned Hank Bagrowski of Twin Mountain Metal Art to create some custom metal projects for an independent, micro-budget film project in January of 2013. I gave him a deposit, provided artwork, and a deadline of May for completion. He set the price, and assured me the deadline would be met. His initial drawings were great, so I added a second small project from as well, which he also assured me, was no problem. Nearly a year later, I have received nothing of my order, and missed my shoot start date not once, but twice, three times, taking his word that it would be completed as truth. After numerous phone conversations, additional payment, and further promises, I finally realized I was never going to receive my order, so requested a refund. You’ll never guess what happened then. Not a thing. I went to far as to remove my initial review to give him additional time to refund my money, as he promised to do. To date, personal stories about his hardship, with no consideration for the destruction he caused to my project, and more empty promises. No refund. Filing complaints with the NH Better Business Bureau, F.B.I. Internet Fraud Division today. A seemingly talented, well intending guy who simply is unable to behave as a professional by any standard what so ever. Nightmare.
