Honest services is what you get with Apex. We placed a service call with Apex after reading reviews on Unilocal,and we were not disappointed. We bought a home with older units, and needed an honest appraisal of how much time we had before the current units needed major work. We now have a plan of attack to keep our out of pocket costs to a minimum.

Wow! These guys are terrific. After the first disaster company came out about my frozen AC unit, I found Apex in Angie’s list with over 150 A+reviews
Brandon got here within an hour on a Sunday. They cleaned the coils and diagnosed the AC also adding freon. Explaining everything to me so that I could explain to my landlord. Although my landlord decided to use another company for the repairs (someone he uses on his many rental homes) I guess he gets a break on the cost with them. I would recommend Apex to anyone and everyone. They are honest, professional, efficient, punctual and cost effective.

Great service, quality installation, fast, one on one response even on a Sunday and willing to go the extra mile. The cost was much more reasonable than RescueRooter to inspect and replace our cooling system by $ 1000. Will definitely do business with Mr Leon and his team in the future.

I just got back from vacation at the end of May and it seemed like my A/​C was not able to keep up with the start of the summer heat. To save myself from a nagging wife later, I felt it necessary to get my system checked before it really started getting hot.
I checked many of the reviews of HVAC companies in Baytown and they were less than stellar. I kept scrolling down, calling several companies in the morning which denied service based solely on my location, until I called Apex.
When I called and asked if he serviced Baytown, he asked what kind of issues I had. After I explained it WASN’T an emergency situation, what my problem was, and my family’s availability, he said he could give us a call and stop by sometime this week. Since I was not in a hurry, that was more than acceptable.
That afternoon my wife called to tell me Leon was on his way. I was very pleasantly surprised he was able to make it out so soon.
Leon was here about 2 – 3 hours total. He did a complete check on my A/​C unit and even blew down the condensate drain line. He found my system was fairly low on refrigerant and he filled it up. He had all the necessary tools and discussed his findings with me on an easy to understand level. I’ve taken some HVAC classes and asked some technical questions about his readings and he answered them without hesitation and to my satisfaction.
It’s been about 2 hours since he’s left and the house is noticeably colder. Perfect service at an affordable price.

Leon listened to the issues I had and fixed them appropriately. He didn’t try to sell me a new system or up sell additional services. Apex will definitely have my HVAC business in the future and I highly recommend them!

I purchased an Angie’s List deal on Thursday, April 9^th for a $ 55 AC inspection. Leon, the owner of APEX, came out and did a full inspection of my AC system, found it to be low on Freon, and filled it back up. What was most impressive is that I was on a time and date crunch, as my home warranty is running out, so I needed the inspection done pronto so I could renew or discontinue my services. Leon came out to my house 45 minutes after I bought the Angie’s list deal! Talk about prompt service. He was very friendly and helpful in explaining what I should do moving forward as a first time home owner. I’ll definitely be using Apex for all my future HVAC needs!

Excellent job! The owner is friendly, as are the workers. Did a quick thorough job, hauled away all the old AC and furnace. I would recommend highly!
