This is a scam business. Hector never informed us about the automatic renewal fine print on the contract. He sold our contract to a 3rd party and when I tried to cancel it I discovered that I had just «automatically» renewed without wanting to. Now he doesn’t return my phone calls but instead keeps referring me to the people he sold my contract to. Trust me, there are more reputable alarm businesses out there and frankly, with all the new technology, you don’t need to be throwing your money away on rip-​offs like this guy.
