No designed to be more like an Apple Store, please get ready to wait! You mKe enjoy seeing your name on a TV screen and slowly ticking to the top spot to receive help. The employee that helped me was so knowledgable and easy going, but somehow the process still dragged on and on. It was a total of 2 hours to walk in and get a new phone. They did try to upsell me products as well, and they succeeded. :) a new mini iPad and phone for me.

I just realized that almost all my electronics consist of AT&T. The customer service here is outstanding. They always open the door. Friendly smiles. I enjoy spending my hard earned money here.
