When the salon first opened I was one of the first customers. I went to JTSALON for over 8 years. At first, it was great, service was awesome, but, sadly this salon has really gone down in service and professionalism. The owner and front desk employees are very rude and unprofessional! I stopped spending my money on this business, I refuse to spend my money on a business that does not appreciate what I spend or the years I stayed with them. JTS is not cheap and I refuse to spend my money on such an unprofessional business!
I will NEVER return to this salon or recommend anyone to this salon!!!
Oh yes, for those who don’t believe I was a real customer just ask Jen the owner!

Cynthia cuts my hair, and really does a great job. I love it when I leave. I also visit with Sarah who perms my hair. Yes, a perm. They have completely changed the way you add body to straight hair. Think more Taylor Swift instead of 1996 poodle. It looks FANTASTIC. The only reason I gave three stars is it is $$$! My last haircut cost me $ 75 after tip, and that was just the cut. Even though I love the work, I’ll be finding a new salon.

I love this place, i wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve never had an issue with how they do my hair, they’re extremely professional. They’re a little pricey and some people make call it ludacris to pay over $ 50 just for a haircut, but you know what they say, «Beauty has a price.» They have all sorts of products for your hair and even their own line of hair care. I would deff reccomend the stylist Emily and Yaneli! Yaneli did my hair and make up for prom, she did an absolutely stunning job and cuts hair great as well. Emily always has the latest and greatest hair style and she does hair amazing! Would highly reccomend both of them!

I love J Thompson Salon! I go to the salon located in the Woodlands but this was the only listing. From the moment you call, you receive top notch service. Heather is my stylist and not only did she really listen to my concerns, she also executed the plan beautifully. The prices are moderate but I am a firm believer in you pay for what you get so I will pay top dollar for good hair. I love my cut and color not only the day of, but weeks after as well and to me, that is the true test. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to an awesome experience at J Thompson Salon.
