Lugo-Miro Victor Dr

I’ve been going to this doc for a few years. I use them for routine maintenance, colds, flu, etc. I see Dr. Yelena Krupnik (who also practices in the clinic) every time I go. I find her to be personable, professional, and really caring. I have never had any complaints with her care. I do have a chronic condition and some genetic predispositions that we are treating and everything is kept in line and in order through her prescriptions and advice and my work on diet, exercise, the usual. I’ve also seen Dr. Krupnik for my yearly well woman exam and found her manner there to be fine as well.
When I need blood drawn or have an immunization, their technicians handle that very well, with as little pain as possible. They call me quickly with my results, so that’s nice too.
I like that they can electronically transmit my prescriptions to my pharmacy so that I don’t have to take them over and wait or come back later. The people at the desk seem nice and I’ve never had a billing problem.
