I bought several pair of boots online on one of their super sale days which didn’t fit quite right. I called in to their exchange dept. and they kindly called around to all the stores in my area to find a location that had the boots I was looking for in the right size/​color and this location just happened to be the place with both pairs. They were kind enough to hold the boots for me until I could make it up there and made the whole exchange process a breeze.
