I did an online order for pick up on 01÷24÷16 at 9:00 pm with an ETA of 9:15 got the pizza and wings at 9:30 When I got there there was a cashier, Cam, she was busy running the drive thru, front cash register, and the dining room wasn’t able to help us right away that’s understandable … what I don’t understand is how there were just a pleather of unoccupied employees all who looked at us waiting with our wallets open ready to pay making eye contact not saying hello sorry about the wait we will be with you shortly, or whatcha lookin at ! Nothing. I have been here before with prompt service except for tonight all it takes is one bad experience to sour someone’s mood

Real talk I dont know why these other people give this place only 1 star. I order delivery(online) from here all the time and the food always comes hot and on time. AND on top of that the pizza here is the best ive had from any pizza hut, no lie. Wings are juicy as well. Maybe I’m just lucky. Who knows?

On 8÷11÷15 I placed an online order at 8:03pm, it was supposed to get to me at 8:38pm according to the website. Time passed and nothing, at 9:42pm I called them and it took about 2 mins to speak with someone. They could not find my order, I had an email confirmation and everything was correct so I knew I didn’t mess up while putting in my information. The guy put me on hold, minutes passed and nothing. I was so hungry that I decided to just hang up and go pick up some brewingz. So disappointed because I had never experienced anything like this at this location or any other pizza place.
