Sarah here is very sweet, courteous and prompt. The food was hot and very delicious. I will be looking for her next time we visit…

Outstanding wait staff(thank you Jasmine :), but for a place with lobster in their name — they should really teach the cook staff how to prepare it. Hard and rubbery is not the preferred texture when one pays $ 28 for a dish. I’m sure it isn’t the same with all dishes, but today we’re focused on this yummy, ocean bug. Oh well, besides the shell I found in three of my twelve oysters, at least they were good. Unfortunately, this Red Lobster won’t get any more business from my family. With all of the restaurants to choose from in the surrounding area, you have to do better than this for me to return.

So we know this place sucks… Every time something happens or we have horrible service. But with the endless shrimp we wanted to try it… Again. Started out by waiting for someone to come to our table for our drink order. After waiting about 10 minutes… We went to the bar hoping for better service(again… That endless shrimp is motivating us). Got to the bar… which was filthy!!! Nasty filthy. The bar tender finally noticed us and them cleaned the bar top. While we were trying to order.,.the bartender and what looked to be a manager went back and forth about the different shifts they work. In the middle of their conversation he intermittently took our order. Our salads came; they were good. Our food came and it was good. Our waiter/bartender turned out to be okay. During our meal, one of the waitresses alerted us to the time: «10:50! Lock the door!» We also had some dinner entertainment. Apparently 2 dishwashers got in a fight and one left. We finished our dinner and got our check without any other drama. I guess we will see them again in a year. Endless shrimp, a beer, a mixed drink and a coke; all for $ 47 can’t be beat! Oh yah… We also overheard the conversation between staff members about what tattoo to get and where… Our advise… Don’t do it!

Service seems to always suck! Young lady was slow as molasses. Thank goodness for the older lady who was the front manager. If not for her, I would still be in the service abyss! Red Lobster in Humble has a proven track record of the worst service of any restaurant I have been too! Shame on me for going back!

Went a few minutes before closing time and I felt bad but the staff really did a good job at serving us. I could tell they were trying to go home but they still made sure we were doing good and kept the breadsticks rolling out! The food that night was pretty good as well but to be honest, after the cheddar bay biscuits and sampler appetizer I was too stuffed to finish the main course so I took it to go. This red lobster gets 4 out of 5 for good service and good food.

We went for lunch. We waited thirty minutes to take our order. The food wow my husband had fried fish I had lobster bisque and shrimp salad with a vinaigrette that looked like cereal and milk the way they drowned my salad in this dressing. The shrimp on the salad were a joke farm raised or genetically produced in a lab? Yuck the lobster bisque had no lobster and looked like broth from a generic can of cream of tomato soup! Omg the lobster artichoke dip we had as an appetizer was equally disgusting. The service was awful the food I wouldn’t serve to my dog! Should have been a red flag when I walked in the place and it smelled of dirty diapers and there were no babies in sight. I’m calling the health department. I could have burned my fifty dollars and had more gratification.

I was so mad going here. Everybody thinking about somewhere to eat and choose a place and after you went to the place you are pissed off because the other place you was thinking of going would be better lol. That’s how I felt about red lobster. This had to be the most bland overpriced crap I had in a long time. Salt and pepper couldn’t even help. The only thing that was good was the biscuits

The staff here are very polite and patient. They actually check up on you occasionally but not too much and I like that. The food here is always good! The last time I came here was with my boyfriend on Valentine’s Day and we didn’t have wait for very long because they were asking people if they were okay with sitting in the outside area they had and it was just a beautiful night. The outside that they have could be a lot better, though.

Visited last night. Seated quickly as it was not very busy. Ordered drinks. Had to ask for biscuits as it is now«policy» to not give them to every table. Drinks were good but we then waited over 45 minutes for our dishes. I am fine waiting but not that long when the place had very few people in it. Manager was nice enough to give a discount on our meal. Had to hurry to leave & take dessert since we had plans for afterwards.

Don’t venture here very often, but we did for my sister’s birthday. Service was kinda slow but not to the point of complaining. Food was good, everyone enjoyed their dishes.

Wow can the portion of chicken I got be any smaller and under seasoned? Broccoli was done in micro for a few minutes more than needed. Over price for what I got. Called in ahead too but still had to wait 26 minutes at the bar. Little brother did like the biscuits though.

Surprisingly good. We had the shrimp/coconut shrimp with the coconut sauce(delicious), mashed potatoes, broccoli, and swordfish which was done blackened and perfectly tender and juicy. Everything tasted great, nothing was particularly salty or hinted of being frozen. Our waiter was prompt and pleasant as well. It’s not a high end seafood restaurant and if you dine with that in mind you will find a good meal at a good price.

Went here for my birthday. I don’t know why I picked this place. I guess I was feeling nostalgic as I grew up with RL in the 80’s and had fond memories. Well the old saying you can’t go back again is definitely true. The lunch special halibut was so small it looked like a leftover from somebody else’s plate. And it was supposed to be stuffed with crab but all I got was like a smeared layer of purée looking goop on it. The waitress didn’t ask me what side I wanted so it came with a baked potato as the default apparently. It looked so old and pathetic. The bill for the 4 of us was over $ 100 without alcohol or dessert and just 1 appetizer to split. 3 of us got lunch specials. Rice on one was undercooked as was the pasta on another(both tough). Even though it was my birthday I just wanted to get outta there so we skipped out on dessert and went to cold stone instead. I really wanted to like this place but it was so disappointing I just couldn’t.

Just finished an excellant dinner here. Cooked perfect, hot and fresh. Quality surpasses other area seafood places. Tonights visit much better than our last trip to Pappas Seafood. Quieter environment and prompt seating and courteous staff. A nice evening.

We went here last night for my birthday. I chose red lobster for my birthday dinner because I really wanted to try the endless shrimp. It was a Tuesday so it wasn’t too crowded and we were able to be seated immediately. Service was pretty good although I did wait quite a while in between drinks. The cheesy biscuits were amazing. The salads were just the right size and delicious. The shrimp came out and hot and fresh. Everything was very good. The only negative was they offered no kind of birthday«treat». No dessert, not free anything. That was a little disappointing. There are a ton of places to choose from and it would have been nice to have gotten something.

Not surprisingly, the cheddar bay biscuits are divine! Also, the Malibu Bay Breeze is officially my new favorite drink! Whilst the dude doesn’t love seafood, Red Lobster is one of his favorite restaurants!(Weird, I know…) He loves the crab Alfredo pasta and, as usual, started today’s visit with a dozen oysters on the half-shell. I don’t like raw oysters, so those are all his! I went for the four-course meal($ 15.99) starting with the clam chowder(awesome!!), a Caesar salad, garlic grilled shrimp with a baked potato, and caramel cheesecake. The kiddo skipped over the kids menu to partake in the pick two shrimp and got the shrimp scampi and the fried shrimp. No complaints from any of us other than the kid wished his shrimp had come on a stick like mine did! :D I do wish«loaded» meant my baked potato came with bacon and chives(thank you, Outback Steakhouse), but that’s the case most places, so I don’t hold it against them too much.

the last Few times I ate there(last being about 3 months ago) all of the food, except for the bread, tasted frozen and very salty, I’m sure from the preservatives. I will only go back if I hear that they are serving fresh, better tasting, food.
