It’s VS. What do you expect. Great service and lots of stuff for the women. I wonder if they would hire me here. But, you can’t go wrong with this place.

I came here yesterday after a long and thorough search for something extra sexy (over the internet all day at work hehehe) for myself. Luckily for me, one of my BFF is male and he gave me the green light on the Lace Chantilly which I got in brushed lilac… In the words of «Scramble with Friends» AMAZING! INNNNNCREDIBLLLLE!!! (If you are scratching your head with confusion right now… It’s too late lol) Anywho, the garment was my first choice anyway, I just needed a male’s prospective.
After work, I trekked on over to the location that I actually used to work at over 10 years ago and to my surprise the store had a complete remodel and a very fabulous one at that! Go VS Deerbrook!
I walked in speedily, on a mission and with my eye on the prize and straight up to it I walked but, they were all black. I thumbed through in disbelief and a very confused look when up walk an «Angel» Bolly I think her name was. Her customer service was by far THE BESTESTTT (yes 3 T’s) EVER!!! And it was nothing short of outstanding. I let her know my dilemma and she guided me to the right direction and found the very piece of heaven that I was looking for AND
in brushed lilac! Not only that, but she was very knowledgeable and assured me that a specific size would be great for my body type. Awesome! She then referred some other items that would compliment this epic piece but I was on a mission, a budget and needed to get in and out quickly so I had to save that for my next purchase with Bolly.

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER. I’m actually canceling my credit card for VS, because I’m fed up with ever having to go into this location. The management team absolutely sucks and there is only one associate here that is even slightly helpful. Every time I go into the store the service gets worse and worse.

I was a bit reluctant about service in such a fluffy place, but my 15 year old Demi bra finally gave up on me… so to speak…
Upon entry, someone actually greeted me and shared some interesting insight about their newer bras. I had to promise to hand wash them as the new silicone stuff one hold up well in a washing machine and doing so will «always man that I have a new bra.»
Well, I was told to wait at the back of the store for someone to meet me. Little did I know that I was really supposed to be heading to the dressing room to be measured. Clearer directions would have been helpful.
Anywhooooo, I had «grown» over the years, and with doubt in mind, I opted for what I believed was my size and what was measured. There was plenty of selection and plenty of assistance in the dressing room. I don’t know that more affordable bras were easily located, but I’m not much of a shopper…
Turns out, their sizing was far more correct than mine. I especially like the lure to return: a $ 25 gift card for spending so much money.
When I return, I will be a very shrewd shopper and stick to something I need for as close to $ 25 as possible.
These bras are far too overpriced…
