Disinger & Kruger Jewelers of Huntingburg

Disinger’s has a great selection of jewelry and they certainly are among the nicest folks around. But, their customer service is horrendous. For Christmas 2014, I received a watch band as a gift. It turns out that I didn’t care for the style so I took it back to the shop to look at alternatives. Bill Disinger shared a few different styles with me, and had some good recommendations. I decided on a crocodile band that would pair nicely with a watch that I already owned.
This band would need to be ordered, and, since I live out of state, I asked that it be held there for me and I would pick it up when I returned to Indiana in a month or two. On my next visit, I called to see if I could pick up my watch band as I hadn’t heard from them. Oh, it’s on back order, it will be a while longer. I was finally able to pick up the band in September 2015, a full 9 months after ordering it! And not once did I receive any kind of phone call keeping me updated, nor did I receive a phone call when it was ready to pick up. They are more than happy to sell you anything you want, but I’d suggest going somewhere that you can not only buy a nice piece of jewelry, but also get commendable customer service to boot.
