Finally found my doc. I went through 4 endo’s and a primary to try to get my hypothyroidism and hashimotos under control and they failed. It was not till I met with Dr. Freedman till I finally started to feel better. I had all these symptoms and started to think I was crazy that no one could stop the symptoms or pain but then Dr. Lisa Freedman did all the right tests and adjusted my meds perfectly. I am now on the mend. I look forward to my appointments as I know she will listen to me and do the right tests. When you come trust what she suggests as she takes both a traditional and holistic approach to your care and it works. Doctor of the year!!! The holistic approach is being done all over the world and in Cali yet we here on the east coast have yet to accept a holistic integrated approach to Heath.

I went to Dr. Freedman specifically because I wanted a doctor who practices integrative medicine who also accepts health insurance. Dr. Freedman is one of very few doctors in this category. Because of that I tried to overlook issues that troubled me but I can no longer do that. It seems that Dr. Freedman is always having a bad day, no matter when you go there. Not only did I experience her bad mood but she always told me what her troubles were.(I knew when her husband was out of town and she was being mommy and doctor that week. I knew when she was sick but working anyway. I knew that my particular health insurance company didn’t reimburse her enough to make it worth her time…) This bad mood seems to permeate her staff. She may know what she is doing but it’s not worth feeling bad every time I go to the doctor. She seems to want her patients to come back frequently, yet after each visit I wondered why that particular visit was necessary. I shouldn’t have to make an office visit just to get medication refills. I want a doctor who is pleasant and listens well in addition to knowing what they’re doing.

I am indebted to Dr. Freedman… and so very glad I met her. My GP(a Top Doc in Philly) would never dig as deep into my health as she has. Simple blood work showed me for the first time in my life that I was allergic to certain foods… which I now avoid, that my testosterone levels were very low(now being treated), and my triglyceride levels were through the roof(among other things). That’s also now being treated, thank God. I’ve had plenty of blood work done at my GP’soffice over the years, but would never have known these things had it not been for Dr. Freedman. As far as I’m concerned, anyone over 30 should pay a visit here. You’ll discover things about yourself you never knew — and perhaps would never know — that are essential to your longevity.
