I wouldn’t recommend this place OR the bar next to it. The whole center that it’s located in should be hit with a wrecking ball and airlifted to Santa Ana. Microwaved food with an overbearing owner who claims that it’s all cooked with his soul… in the microwave.

Yes, try Boof… Frank makes all his food fresh & with love. He works 11 to 11 each day to make this little restaurant happen, & is willing to do about anything to make the customer happy! Thanks Frank.

The Steak Royal sandwich (or whatever it’s called) is outstanding. Filet mignon? This is the best I’ve ever liked it, delicious, tender beef on a toasted French roll lightly crispy on the outside and soft and airy on the inside with mozzarella cheese which I think is a great choice. Blows any other cheese steak-​like sandwich in HB I’ve ever tried away.
Only other item I tried was the pizza. Good, different taste, I like that you can get a smaller size pizza, not too many places can you find that.
The owner is incredibly cool and committed to top quality ingredients.

Tasty chicken kabob. Frank the owner a nice man, Plenty of food on plate. Grilled roma tomatoes. chicken had good taste. The frank, not a hot dog, very tasty.

I can’t get enough of this place! The food here is uniquely delicious! I’ve had the steak sandwich, kabob wrap, hamburger and fries. Mmmm! Mmmm! So tasty! Frank, the owner is a Vietnam war vet and a delight to chat with. You gota check this place out at least once! You’ll be hooked, just like me!

Great tasty burgers. They even take custom orders and deliver to Hyroys! The father and son are very accommodating and will make what ever you want.

Saw the sign for this place for a while and it finally opened. drove by on Sunday and they’re closed. finally made it there to grab some takeout tonight. The food we took home was delicious! I had the steak sandwich, my fam had the beef kabob wrap and chicken kabob plate. I got a chance to sample some of theirs and definitely legit! I would really look forward to them expanding the Persian cuisine part of their menu. I noticed they have the run of the mill types of food like hot dogs and burgers and pizza etc but their persian fare I though was so good they could expand on those items more. I’ll definitely be going back for more!

Excellent!!! The owner Frank was very kind and friendly. The food was wonderful. We had the Royal Steak Sandwich, Chicken Kabob plate and the hummus appetizer… they even split the hummus up for us ½ regular and ½ spicy. Needless to say I will be going back to try the other items on the menu!

Totally terrific spot for casual dining and fast hand-​made food. Frank the owner and his lovely wife will make your night with thoughtful hospitality. The hummus is housemade and has special spice that I’d never had before. And it’s delicious. Kabobs were tender and the strong Persian tea perked up the weary traveler. Worth a detour when you want wholesome comfort food.

They go out of there way to ensure you enjoy the food and the pricing is great. Didn’t get the steak sandwich but it looked amazing. Hummus is ridiculously good.

Best place if you got the munchies… try the royal steak sandwich its my favorite. I will be coming back soon. this place is a nice place to chill aswell with some nice persian tea

We were welcomed like a family friend coming to dinner. The father and son duo invited us in for a wonderful experience. We were out looking for a new restaurant to try and we ended up here. What a pleasant surprise. The food was fresh and delicious. The sidewinder fries are to die for and get extra sauce! So yummy! We enjoyed the steak royal sandwich and the kabob plate. Then we sat and enjoyed some bottomless tea and Turkish coffee with the owner duo. As mentioned in the other review the atmosphere was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. This is a a great local small business opened with a passion for food and people. We will definitely return and recommend to our friends.

This place has amazing food… the steak royal sandwich in particular is so so good… Great place to chill and enjoy your food… the atmosphere is great and the owners are really nice. they always put on a smile and you can tell they prepare your food with passion. oh the pizza is also bomb. i would def go back here !
