I don’t understand how anyone can have bad things to say about these guys I have been coming here for years and I am close with all the staff. I’m always greeted with smiles and they are QUICK to finish my clothes. Very friendly and my clothes are perfect. Every time (: they even cleaned my IMPOSSIBLE to clean leather jacket that says DO NOT WASH OR DRY CLEAN. I requested they try to do something and they went out of their way and figured it out. Smells like it’s brand new. Huge thank you to these guys for their superior customer service. ;)

I went in this place with the trust that they would take care of my jacket and clean it. When I went to pick it up there were «spots» all over the jacket.
They tried to say that I brought it in that way. Then they said a manager would call me back but I never got a call from a manager. After 5 attempts and 2 weeks of trying to get a hold of a manager, I finally caught one at the store. Then she told me that it’s not in her hands and that only the owner could remedy the situation and that he would call me.
A week later still no call. I went back to the store and they said that he was out of the country. A month later still no call. I went to the front of their store and started telling customers how they damaged my jacket. They finally discussed it with me and said the owner would call me back. Still nothing from the owner.
A manager told me that the owner told her that they would wash it again and other than that there’s nothing they can do. That’s bogus. They damaged my jacket and I want my favorite jacket back or the money it will take to replace it.
I just stood outside their door to make sure every customer is aware of them damanging my jacket and acting like it’s not their fault!

I live close, so I’ve been using Classic Cleaners for more than 10 years.
They are a little pricey, but they do a good job. My only complaint is that when they promise to have my shirts laundered and pressed by the end of the day, they should have ALL of my shirts finished by the end of the day… Unfortunately, there is always one shirt not ready, and I have to come back after five the next day to pick it up. This happens EVERY time… Not just once in a while. This really irks me… If you can’t do it by the promised time, don’t make the promise.
Their employees are always very friendly. Bobby, you deserve 5 stars, for always greeting me by name as I walk through the door… Even when I don’t come in for months sometimes…
I’ve had such bad experiences with other cleaners in the past, that I don’t dare go anywhere else. Like I said before, they do a good job and are very nice.

AVOID THIS DRY CLEANER AND THEIR OTHER TWO LOCATIONS!

1. I had given specific instructions to alter a dress by a certain day for a wedding and they delivered everything but the dress. I had realized it shortly before the event and when I asked them to deliver it right away, they backtracked and made excuses — barely got it in time for a flight. They took 2 hours to get it to me.
2. Their delivery sucks. They’re never there at the time they say and their family members are only able to deliver a few days of the week at very specific times.
3. They put pleat in the slacks when they’re not there and then tell me they will be difficult to remove! Then don’t put pleats and creases where they don’t exist. I HATE when dry cleaners put creases in stuff, we’re not in the 80s.
4. Their dry cleaning sucks. I’ve given clothes with stains and they come back, surprise, with the same stains caked on! No one even checks the clothes. Another coat I gave without stains came back with lint all over it.
5. They ruined a very expensive designer blouse and took no accountability and started yelling that it was my fault. I told them I had a picture days before of the blouse with no holes. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY.
6. Same day cleaning only on weekdays before 10am.
