Da Vinci Kitchen, Bath & Flooring

I cannot express how unprofessional the sales woman and her crew were. We are so sad we went with Da Vinci Kitchen, Bath & Flooring to do the tile in our home office. The sales woman knows how to talk and sell on high professional work with great results. This couldn’t be further from the truth. Along the demo and installation process, they tried to upsell us on «additional items». When we didn’t buy into their recommendations, they became even sloppier with their work. The installer left one person to do the job and even then, they had a bad attitude. They didn’t bother putting the quarter inch molding back (see the pictures) and they told us that to do so, would cost an extra amount of money (no shocker there). They didn’t cover anything other than the door and chandelier, so we were left with so much dust and dirt to clean. They didn’t even bother taking down the coverings. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism with Da Vinci Kitchen, Bath & Flooring. Take your money and go with someone else! They are overpriced and unprofessional!

Well they finally finished my bathroom remodel. Instead of a week it ended up taking closer to 8 weeks. Bottom line although there were a TON of issues, in the end I really love my bathrooms. They looks gorgeous. They ended up fixing all the mistakes and I am very happy with the way the bathrooms turned out. I think if they get a project manager on every project to oversee the project to make sure the client is getting the correct materials, and the workers are staying on top of their jobs then it would make a HUGE difference.

So here we are months removed from a nightmare of an experience and «Victor» decides to call us up and ask that I remove the review I left. Not a single offer to rectify any of the issues I had with their outfit. Just a request to remove my post. Not because anything is untrue, but that my review is hurting business.
WHAT A JOKE!!! Hey Victor, my review isn’t hurting your business, your choice of salesmen and construction crew is.
The nerve of these people. Nothing in the review I left was false and I stick to every word I used describing this“business.”

The cabinet work is complete they look great. The work took months to complete with no project management.

So far Benny has been great, did a bathroom demo on Saturday and the crew is scheduled to begin the remodel tomorrow morning. I’ll update this post in 1 week with how satisfied I am. I hope to be able to give 5 stars

Too many problems… took 6 months… lots of mistakes with Benny… would not recommend!

I just closed escrow on a condo and I wanted to quickly replace the carpets with nice laminate floors before moving in. I called several local companies with many price ranges and I also found them to have bad sales tactics! I finally came across Da Vinci flooring and spoke with Benny who was very friendly and helpful. He also negotiated a great price for us! His team came in and almost completed my entire 2-​level condo in one day. Their installers definitely knew what they were doing and worked very quickly and efficiently. They are currenly finishing the stairs, but everything looks great and I can’t wait to move in! Thanks Da Vinci !

I have a brand new kitchen and it is beautiful! After our kitchen demo, there were a few plumbing and electrical issues that delayed installation of cabinets. Once that was resolved, my kitchen was ready in 2 weeks. Rosie and Benny were courteous, and always did there best to satisfy our needs. Omid did a fabulous job designing my kitchen, I love my 36 inch drawer under my cooktop! The workers are hard working and never left my kitchen dirty.
