This place ROCKS!!! I needed a very complicated logo embroidered and a very difficult garnet.
Steve is basically a embroidery genius. He has a background in engineering and metal works, which consequently allows him to under things at a mathematical and scientific level.
You can’t beat the prices either. Over the last month of getting this done, Steve and his fiancé have become like family!

I am a repeat customer and this time I had a larger order that was complicated and needed to be done in a timely manner. Once again, the work was outstanding, their attention to detail was excellent and they got the job done right on time. Perfection.

These guys did some great work for an organization I am affiliated with so I gave them a try for my own business. Good decision, and I will be back. The quality of work was exceptional (superior actually to the other company), they were very professional, very friendly, and they were SLAMMED since it was holiday time. My SMALL order was done within an HOUR of my approving the proof. I was grateful, since they couldn’t promise it would be done by Christmas, but delivered! I find it funny that someone would give this place one star simply because they couldn’t take care of a RUSH request when they are busy, and they apparently told them they were busy? Really? If you go in on a FRIDAY and need something by MONDAY, you are giving a place basically NO TIME to do the job. Then you give them one star for it? That to me is bogus. Anyway, when a place has a bunch of great reviews, and ONE bad one, the bad one is probably not real reliable. Just my .02 cents.

Shorinji Kempo Foundation of Orange County has been utilizing Embroidme in Huntington Beach, CA (Edinger Ave) for the past few years. Kirstin and Steve are great to work with. Give them the guidelines and they really have a passion to make the best logo possible. They have so many orders coming in and must easily work 10 – 12 hour days. While it is not always possible, especially for 24hr rush orders, they do their best to meet your deadlines. We always follow up with them via email and phone calls to ensure everything is on track. When we came one time the order wasn’t ready as they got so backed up. Kirstin one of the Embroideme personnel was the first one to say, that we would drop it off to your home or any other place that you needed it so it would not be late. Great service!!! The best approach is patience and willingness to cooperate, in which the results speak for themselves.

Went in on a friday asking for a very simple monogram that I needed by a Monday. They were apparently «backed up» and couldn’t accommodate. Frustrating that they were happy to send away my business. Apparently you should NOT go here unless you have a full week of time to wait and a rather large order. Oh. And I would have been happy to pay their rush fee. But I’m guessing my small order was too insignificant to honor the rush fees posted in the store. Why even offer rush fees??? I’m always so disappointed when businesses can’t be accommodating and make some sort of effort.

I had my business shirts done here and I am so glad I did. They are helpful and reasonably priced. My logo turned out great, the tshirt is light and breathes, which is important when I’m walking dogs. Thanks guys, I will return and continue to recommend ur service.

Today is another lucky day. I picked up my order of embroidered shirts. Five stars all the way.
Quality. I never thought about number of strands placed on clothing. Now I do. Lots of strands making my logo stand out. Friendly. I gravitate towards friendly folks. Makes it a pleasure to do business. Store is clean and all goods are presented well. A word of caution. EmbroidMe is a franchise and other locations may not have as favorable service and pricing. Oh did I mention that their prices are very fair. Another mentionable fact is that these are relatively new owners. After this experience, I am going to try and figure out how to add my logo to my work pants and consider a personal logo for my casual clothing as well.
Parking is aplenty and right in front of their store. They are located in the second (back) row so look carefully for their sign.
