Its been 5 years since I’ve stepped in one. Well my mind hasn’t changed since. Go to In N Out, they usually get it right the first time and the classic taste is timeless.

It’s not the best burger I’ve had so far. I got the bacon burger with all the toppings except mustard. The patties were very dry, plain, and weren’t that fresh in my opinion. For the price of the burger, I would rather go to in n out or some other burger joint and get a better quality. However, this was not the worst experience I’ve had. I gave it three stars because it was decent, but I expected A LOT more.

Not sure why this 5 Guys got an avg of 3 Stars but I’ve been coming here a few times a month for about 4 years and the food is always great and the people are mostly cool working here. Try the hot sauce on the burger it’s got a zing and adds a little kick.

My exsperience at five guys is overall good! I like the fries and i like the service. I would like go over wt some comments i read on this place: So many complain abour price. Undortunately so many people do not know the differents between food ingreediens costs… The only matter is price, price and price… Well remember you are what you eat, and if you want be cheep wt food there are plenty of different spots where you can go a get«stuffed». Hate cheep food and i dont like folks that want save a penny on a food…

Most tasty burgers I’ve found so far… just tried their fries the other day for the first time and those were excellent too. Friendly staff.

I seriously do not understand all the hype this place gets. It’s just another mediocre burger joint. It was very blah for me. Anyway I ordered the little cheeseburger with grilled onions, lettuce, mustard, and ketchup. Nothing fancy also a side of Cajun fries. Like I said the burger was okay nothing fancy. At least it was freshly made. The Cajun fries on the other hand were pretty good. The service was okay I mean really I don’t expect much from a fast food joint. Overall three stars mostly for the Cajun fries.

When i first enter this place I was like oh damn this place is huge with no customers. I notice boxes of nuts can’t tell if they’re free no sign about them. So we approach the front they guided us thru it was OK burger was expensive for just the burger, fries and drink sold separately kinda dumb. I felt like I was eating a Wendy’s burger. This place is over priced with nothing special

Honestly, I don’t understand what’s so good about this place… I paid like $ 10 for a very mediocre burger and fries. I can get way better food for the same price elsewhere. Would I ever come back? Definitely not for the burger, but maybe for the fries… Probably not even that.

Worst customer service EVER. Waited 18 minutes for a burger and fries! 2 staff only then 2 more dragged in but it was too late to help us. Cold fries. So so burger. Never again. Ugh.

This place is GOOD!(3.5 stars, rounded up to 4) Almost always good service, FREEPEANUTS and heavenly burgers!!! I love that you can add jalapeños and other delicious toppings to customize it and«make it your own.» Their fries are good, but they’re not crispy… which sucks, cuz I love crispy fries. I usually get the Cajun fries and little bacon burger. Pros: **Delicious burgers **Cajun fries **Free peanuts while you wait **Huge fry portion! :) Cons: **RIDICULOUSLY expensive… $ 12 for a combo!!! Come on!!! **Fries aren’t crispy **Iced tea isn’t fresh brewed… and it’s not good :( This is my go to burger place when I have a burger craving and the line at In N Out is too long. In N Out is **always** my first choice. Over 50% cheaper, crispy fries, delicious burgers and fresh brewed tea!!!

I can’t think of very many places I’ve heard such hype — both positive and negative. Some people fear they will oust In ‘N Out and show their loyalty to the California burger joint claiming Five Guys has the worst burgers ever. Others rave how much better Five Guys is and anyone eating at In ‘N Out is out of touch with reality and needs to get over themselves… there burgers people! Let’s not take this so seriously! I came, I ate, and I went to the Five Guys at this location. It wasn’t the worst burger I ever had, but I don’t think it beats In ‘N Out either. It’s a great option if you’re in the area and want to have a burger and it’s truly okay to eat here even if you love In ‘N Out. I will probably eat at other Five Guys in the future and I’m not ashamed to say it, but I still like In ‘N Out better. There. We can all calm down. I like that you get to decide on which toppings go on your burger and I like that they have relish! I feel like no other burger place gives you that option and I’m a relish fiend! It took longer to make the burger than I anticipated. The restaurant wasn’t that busy. I don’t eat fries much and the fries here didn’t make me want to eat more than one. My kids shared a grilled cheese sandwich and they finished it pretty quickly so I’m guessing it was pretty good. I felt like the food was a bit on the pricey side. This location is fairly large in a very busy complex. Trying to find a parking spot and just general traffic flow can be stressful. I bet if you’re really hungry, lots of swear words are likely to come out of your mouth! I liked the outdoor seating they had though we sat inside as it was a very afternoon of rain in June. They are opening one in Burbank which is much closer so I’ll check that out once open and try some more stuff on their menu.

So disappointed in their fries! I just wanted a single order of fries and what did I get, a regular for $ 4.30. You have got to be kidding me!!! I can go to In-N-Out or The Habit and get better fries at a better deal and they load you up! It makes sense now that when I went in there were a handful of people eating there. Too expensive and the quality of the fries looked depressing! Sorry, but never coming back again.

I’ve always been a big fan of this place even though I know a lot of people arent. I think for me it’s nostalgic to the East Coast. When it comes to burger specialty places, you ten to like what you grew up around i.e. In and Out here… This place reminds me of game days in Athens Georgia and the Cajun fries are freaking amazing to me.

Has anyone come by a bad experience with Five Guys in HB or any other locations of Five Guys. I did a phone order. Twenty minutes after I arrived, order not completed. I understand the freshness policy for French fries as in makes fries once customer arrive but the burger. Come on Five Guys employees! Where is the sense of purpose and urgency?! No one in line and on top it all completely dead in dining area. Only a employee taking a meal break. Plus, communication level not so good.

Good but not $ 15 good. Burger tasted like something I could’ve made at home. Seriously. Or at least damn close to my dads’ burgers that I grew up on grilled up off the BBQ — not even kidding, the man can cook a mean burger! Anyway, Fries were actually good. I ordered the Cajun seasoned since it was something different but I noticed in their prep area that their Cajun seasoning came from one of those larger plastic containers you can buy in the spice aisle of the grocery store so I highly doubt they have a «secret company only blend». Everything here is sold separately, thus the price tag– pick your burger size w/toppings, then your fry size, then your drink size. A «regular» side of fries will run you just short of $ 4. No combo deals so if that’s what you’re into, go to Carl’s or even In N’ Out. Free peanuts are a cute touch but just like bread they’re a filler food so I didn’t go for that marketing scheme. Service was very friendly so I’ll give them that. Food was good in general but I won’t be back unless I have $ 15 to blow on a single burger meal that I don’t want to grill up myself or have my dad make when I’m visiting home.

Tip: share the fries, it comes with a ton. I like the regular fries better than cajan just because they are too salty. You get a double patty burger automatically unless you ask for a single patty. I don’t understand all of the low stars. Complaining your onions fell out and about how the patty looks. Really people? The place is clean and the burger are good, so 5 stars in my book. :) The burger has a slight(SLIGHT) similarity to In N Out’s burger, probably because I get grilled onions on both.

It’s good but more expensive than innout for the exact same quality. The only thing better about five guys is that it’s not as packed, unlimited free peanuts, and cajun fries! I’ll be back for the fries. I’ll go to innout for the burger though.

Five Guys is good, but not great. If you call yourself a burger connoisseur, you’ll inevitably compare it to the infamous In-N-Out. Firstly, the wait. Ahh but In-N-Out is always busy and with lines you say! Humor my anecdote: this last time I visited Five Guys at 11:45am there were only 4 other patrons. And I still waited over 10 minutes. Ridiculous I say! Secondly, the taste. In my honest opinion, a Five Guys burger is 90% of what an In-N-Out is in terms of taste and satisfaction. All American for sure, but a little bland. Thirdly, the price. I said Five Guys is 90% of an In-N-Out, but also nearly 200% the price! My double cheeseburger rang up at $ 7 and some change. In-N-Out’s double double is only ~$ 3. That there’s heresy my friend. Unless free peanuts tickle your fancy, I don’t see why anyone would choose Five Guys over In-N-Out, Habit, or the like.
