Best Pizza and great value. Been coming here for the last 3 years and have no complaints! The wings are perfect, pizza is fresh and delicious! They can always deliver super quick. Just love this place!

We just moved to hb recently and I’m a pizza snob. And I have enjoyed our pizza anytime we have ordered from here. They have great prices and a lot of options. I loved their fried zucchini also. I also am a ranch dressing Snob and definitely enjoy theirs as well.

Tried to order a Calzone 9.99. They have a 10 dollar minimum for delivery. Guess what, had to add something to the order. Ugh. How is this real.

Literally took over an hour and a half to deliver when we live 3 blocks away. Should’ve just walked to get it but felt lazy and that was the biggest mistake ever. When the pizza finally came after I kindly called and asked what was going on we saw that the medium pizza was literally Personal sized. So we got a medium TINY pizza and wings for 30 dollars and it took over and hour and a half to get delivered from down the street. You be the judge.

They offer free delivery within 2 mile radius and want to charge a 5 dollar delivery charge to 3 miles away. Yeah no thanks. Not a good way to earn new clients…

Super NY style pizza within walking distance from my house. Prices are a bit high for how small the pies are, wish they would have some better deals or coupons. Their ranch sauce is home made and amazing. My daughter keeps asking me if its lunch time so we can walk there for pizza(it’s 9am). They def have the approval of me and my 4yr old!

I love hanks pizza. It’s hard to find a good pizza with not super heavy dough and good ingredients. Hanks has it all. Pizza is always fresh even with delivery and it’s really affordable. The people inside and over the phone are always so nice and accommodating. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good classic pizza.

Delicious pizza at an affordable price! The pizza dough is light and on the thinner side, which I prefer. It is rare that you order delivery and your wings come crispy! They’re normally soggy and drowning in buffalo sauce. But not when your order them from here. Hank’s does it right!!! I ordered through EAT24 and had a seamless experience. Thanks for the late night delivery Oscar!

I’ve passed by this little place so many times but never bothered to try it until today. I wish I had stopped by before. It’s exactly what you would this pizza joint a hole in the wall kind of place. Pizza was much better than expected. Slices are always made fresh and I’ve never had anything like this. All other place would just reheat pizza but not this place! It’s a pleasant surprise and I would definitely come back here for pizza. If you’re ordering slices then you should expect to wait a bit before you get your pizza! They do free delivery if you’re in their local delivery area. :-)

Went to Hank’s for the first time yesterday. Fast service, decent price, and solid pizza. I would definitely recommend it to anyone living around or visiting Beach Blvd in Huntington Beach. I will be going back for sure.

The restaurant has only three small tables for indoor dining and fits about 6 max. You are better off ordering for pick up or delivery and eating in the comfort of your home. They offer beverages such as soda and water. I ordered a medium veggie pizza with no onions and added artichoke with pineapples on the side. The flavor of the pizza was lacking. I don’t think I would come back. Although, the price is decent I can’t say there was much left to be desired. There is a $ 1.00 fee for using credit card or debit.

Pizza is good, I love that they have cilantro! The wings are good too, better if you ask for them to be crispy. Good dinner salad too, last time included spinach in the salad.

There’s something at Hanks that just hits the spot. Normally I get a $ 7.00 Large cheese carry out but this time we had a couple of pizzas delivered. It’s a little bit pricier but worth it not to have to drive anywhere. 12 of 100 challenge

I’m confused as others are about the 4 star rating. I wasn’t impressed. Reminded me of Chuck E Cheese pizza. Pizza just didn’t have any flavor or kick. Just a sad melted mess in the box. The large is on the small size, so order big if there’s more than two of you. There’s also a $ 1.00 service fee for credit/debit use which can kill your client experience, especially these days(it’s 2016!). You can’t pass the cost of this convenience on to your customers through a fee. You might as well be cash only. Better off doing it through your menu prices… adding this pain point diminishes the customer experience. Another Unilocaler commented there are a lot of other options. I agree, we’re going to opt for first class pizza or even dominos next time.

Don’t know what’s up with some of the negative reviews, but I had a positive experience. I placed an order of pizza and hot wings and EVERYTHING was extremely delicious and flavorful. I personally prefer pick up versus delivery, because I simply like picking up my food. My order was ready when indicated that it would be and the owners were extremely kind and generous. The restaurant itself is a small«hole in the wall», and family owned. I love that! I will continue to satisfy my pizza and hot wings cravings by supporting this business.

Drove by this little place many times, never gave it much thought, probably because it’s on Beach Blvd. which I try to avoid as much as possible. Finally tried it about a year ago. Pizza, thin crust if so ordered, tasty sauce, good cheese and toppings. also the alfredo. Lasagna surprisingly good, better than many restaurants where I’ve paid a lot more for it. Very tasty food for not much money from what I’ve encountered so far. Service very friendly and spot-on. Only got food to go and by delivery and they said they take orders up until 10 pm. No other place that I know of does that. :)

I eat there all the time. One reason is it’s 10 feet from where I work(shanghai!) The pizza is great. Fresh mozzarella, fresh ingredients, and here’s a little secret that’s not on the menu. They have thick crust, too, for the same measly $ 7 price for a large and a buck extra per topping. To all the«critics» whining about paying a dollar extra to use their credit card, suck it. «Oh no! One dollar more? What a rip off!» To you, I say, even at a dollar extra, it’s still cheaper than a piece of crap dominos roofing shingle. And a million times better. I’ve had just about everything on the menu, except for salads, because salads are for pussies. I’m not a rabbit, or a cow. I eat real food, not graze on leafy greens in a field. Sandwiches are awesome. 7.95 for a large with fries(or onion rings, but sadly, those are kinda lousy) is a great deal, and the meats they use are top shelf. Order the pastrami or roast beef and you won’t be spitting out chunks of fat or picking gristle out of your teeth all day til your tongue’s raw like the slaughterhouse scrap subway serves up. The pastas are pretty damn good, too. The spaghetti has a unique flavor with a hint of spaghetti-o taste, but that’s not a complaint. Thick sauce that sticks to the noodles, gooey cheese and awesome meatballs. I’m also a big fan of their calzones. Fat, greasy, fully loaded with stuff, and delicious. Wings are, well, they’re wings. Baked and covered in sauce. Pretty standard, but that’s not a criticism, either. Not too many pizza places make wings so amazing that all others fail to stand up, and if they do, go there and eat em. To you other critics comparing it to authentic new york pizza, you’se can suck it, too. This is california. You will NEVER find a pizza here that matches a giant, foldable slice twice the size of the soaked-with-grease-till-it’s-see-through paper plate it’s served on in california. Ask any new yorker. It’s the water.(But try Al’s in costa mesa. He really tries.) The ONLY complaints I have about hanks, is sometimes they get a little chincy on the toppings, they close too early for being next door to a bar, and they never give you enough napkins. But I can live with that.

due to great reviews, I tried them out. they are only 4 miles from my house and still wanted to charge me an additional delivery fee to come deliver to me… so i said ok, then i made my order and chose to pay with a credit card, another fee emerges… smh after all was said and done i paid $ 20 for a medium bbq chicken pizza and small fries. The pizza was good, not a thick crust, but not too thin either… fries were ok… could have used a lil more time in the crisper. overall decent place, but the fees are a lil ridiculous if you ask me.

Family business. Super friendly and they make everything fresh, even if it’s by the slice!!! I would support them. Especially when it’s so darn inexpensive for the quality of food… Why go to a chain place for that kind of deal? This is much better!
