Walking in it was empty, but it is Monday @ 1030am, been bookarked for awhile so i decided why not. Menu was very extensive and the guy behind the counter was more than helpful on recommendations. Kept it classic. Ordered the hamburger special. Took my seat upstairs on the patio everyone brags about this place and i wasnt let down. It was stunning to include a helicopter hovering over the water for about 15 minutes. My order came only minutes after ordering and i enjoyed very much. The Massive hamburger was very filling with a good sized patty and bun. Fries are on point seasoned to my liking, and the tbiusand island sauce for my fries was so good i had to go down and get a 2nd. They guy joked altbough im sure he meant it was a 50 cent charge for another, seeimg as i only had a card he let it slide and said next time with a smile. I luaghed and told him ok, and went up to enjoy the remaining of my meal. Looking forward to a visit with a group of friends or even a date. This place is huge and not your everyday«burger place» i didnt drink but they do serve alcohol fyi.

Their food is reasonably priced for the portions they serve. Previous reviews say something about a balcony, but every time I’ve been it hasn’t been open. My favorite is the zucchini, VERYGOOD! Definitely worth a try.

I love coming here so if I were smart I’d probably keep this information to myself so the place doesn’t «jump the shark». Thankfully for you I’m not that smart. Food is good(enough) but let’s get real, the 4 stars are due to the upstairs balcony, reasonably/cheap priced beer & the awesome view.

I think they recently came under new mgmt or just revamped their menu. I was impressed with the price of my large burger, fries, and drink($ 5 if I remember). The burger was so big I could barely finish it, and it was also decent quality tasting(reminded me of In-N-Out). I had a HUGE portion of crispy-on-the-outside-soft-on-the-inside fries, which was great. We also got their zucchini sticks and we’re not disappointed. They have cheap beer upstairs(think $ 2PBR) and you can also get a bottle of champagne, chilled in an ice bucket with wine glasses for like $ 6. I felt like a queen. Not disappointed in this place! I just wish the inside décor matched the new vibe.

This place is located near Sunset Beach on PCH, that’s north of Bolsa Chica, which is north of Huntington Beach. It’s 2 stories and has a solid breakfast and lunch menu including plenty of Mexican dishes. About a quarter of the patrons were eating Mexican, so I’m going to assume it’s good. I saw some of the plates and the food did look proper. I had their bacon cheeseburger and fries + small drink combo for $ 7.80. Worth every red cent. Good burger, two slices of American cheese and plenty of crispy real bacon. Their fries were AWESOME. Thick cut and delicious, not greasy at all and sprinkled a bit with seasoned salt, good stuff. They offer two types of tea for those who don’t drink soda. The service was good. Friendly staff which is pretty normal around these parts.

Very reasonable prices for quality food. Less than fast food prices — all while being much more delicious. Their order of fries feels like a pound. Oh and they have a deck to overlook to ocean! Definitely worth going for a quick bite when you’re in Sunset.

We sat on the patio then moved in to the bar to watch the Angels game. Our food was delicious and the cost was in line with expectations. The portions were large.

This is my third time here. I can put a lot of food down.. their fries, I recommend sharing with someone. The burgers have the charbroiled flavor. .I absolutely love charbroiled burgers. There are a ton of options and really great prices. This is my go to place for a great meal.

Relatively inexpensive place, serving standard American fare. I ordered the burger combo, came with a decent sized order of fries and a burger with thousand island sauce. Pretty decent food and cheap too. Staff is friendly and helpful and we had no complaints.

Roughly the quality of a hospital cafeteria at high prices. I ordered a burger and fries. The bill, $ 10 and change. When I protested, they offered me a «special» no frills combo for $ 6 something. What I got was the least impressive burger of my life. This is literally less impressive than McDonalds. First and last visit.

Nothing truly stellar. Actually, I would even venture to say that it was below stellar. I’ve order and have been a patron here for many years and find myself continuously returning with the hopes that maybe it’ll be sooo good this time only to be let down. I know, disappointing. I know I order drive through and they have some things prepped to make the processes smoother and faster, but I dont feel that should sacrifice on the freshness and taste. I’m not sure I’ll come back. I’ve given it several gos and it still hasn’t given me anything in return… aside from heartburn of course.

Best breakfast in the whole world. I live in Phoenix and whenever I come to California I make sure to come to Harry’s at least once. The view is amazing too. Harry’s has the cutest beach view balcony. Everything is very reasonably priced too. Its a great spot to come have mimosas or bloody Mary’s. I could marry my boyfriend on the sole fact he took me to this place. If you don’t enjoy yourself at Harry’s your not human. Ps dog friendly :)))

If I can just wean myself off the juicy ribeye, succulent lobster & Pavlovian bacon, I know I can become a true vegetarian. I know this to be fact and have places like Harry’s to thank for that. Remember the line from«Apocalypse Now!»… «Never get out of the boat!»? How true that is, the analogy being«Never go off what you know to be good.» I tried their«Roast Beef dinner» and never again. I had one bite and that was it(«The horror!»). Tasting worse than a gristly, chemically-infused Swanson’s TV dinner from the Jetson’s era, the«fake» mashed potatoes didn’t help an iota and the watery veggies were as chewy as kelp. And my surf-bud was even buying! I took my meal to go but it had only one final destination… off the fuckin’ boat. I’ll stick to my usual hot oatmeal and pray that I can one day claim to be a true vegetarian. But with the aroma of a grilled bacon-wrapped ribeye alongside a broiled lobster, I doubt it. I can’t win this war. P. S., Harry’s serves no bacon-wrapped ribeye or lobster or anything like that, really. It’s a diner, not a grill-house.

GRILL it up HARRY I stopped by over the weekend with a friend and his family that is in town visiting. We were actually all supposed to be going SUP’ing but there was a slight change of plans and half our party wasn’t feeling it and wanted to go do something else so we came here to eat and chat so we all could part ways after. I’m NOT really sure why at almost 1pm in the afternoon I wasn’t STARVING like a hostage but I wasn’t for a change. I thought I might be sick but I felt fine so I just got a raspberry iced tea because it was so FRICKINHOT out! Pete got a HOT coffee… YESHOT coffee and it was like 90 degrees Fahrenheit out! YIKES! I think he was tired since we all were out the night before and he had just flew in. Dorkas and Easter got a burger and fries and something to drink. When the food arrived to the table the girls asked if they could get ranch and honey mustard for their fires and was told that they change $ 0.50 for each for both. I was a bit taken aback by that because I have never been anywhere where they charge for ranch or honey mustard. Not only that I thought $ 0.50 was a bit much considering they did get more than a table spoon on a little cup! Uuummm I guess times are harder than I thought or this is the type of place that is going to nickel and dime you to d*MN death. Not sure I like that too much. The places was UBERCLEAN considering it’s a beach location and several peeps were coming and going in beach attire with sand all over but they work at keeping it clean. That was pretty impressive. The service was OUTSTANDING and FRIENDLY! The delivered the food in a timely manner and came back to collect the plates which was a NICE touch at a burger joint. I wasn’t expecting that. I enjoyed my raspberry tea. It hit the spot on that FLAMINHOTAZZDAY! Pete had a couple cups of coffee and kept saying their coffee was REALLYGOOD and fresh. So I’m guess it hadn’t been sitting there all day which is a GREAT thing if you like to drink coffee all day. You want it fresh NOT stale. I’ll have to take his word for it! The ladies both liked there burgers and fries. And I saw with my own eye that the burger was pretty big and they gave a nice amount of fries. The ladies were as full as ticks walking out. They said it would be good to share if everything is a huge portion size or you’re not that hungry. Nothing REALLYWOW’d me here but I might come back if I’m in the area SUP’ing or kayaking. Plus the service was REALLYGOOD! I like the prices for the most part but I did have a bit of an issue with charging for the side of ranch. Please know this place is located in a beach city so parking is tight.

Harry’s grill is an iconic diner located in Sunset Beach. It’s great for eating on the cheap and on the quick. Order at the front counter and head to the second floor. You can feel the ocean breeze while you grub down. The servers will bring you your food even on the second floor. There’s a huge surfer crowd that hangs out here. My man & I came here after our Bolsa surf sesh. The food is typical diner fare. My burger combo was A-OK and for $ 4.99 the price surely can’t be beat.

Big portions here! ;-) definitely worth your money here. Little hole in wall place with great upstairs patio of small view of the ocean with flat TV screens all over the place. This a great place to watch games with your friends; great for groups. They really need to put in come fans up here, it gets really stuffy & hot here. American burger 5 stars So worth it for just $ 3, you get a huge delicious burger. Fish taco 2 stars Too much coleslaw & not enough fish =( Zucchini 4 stars Big portions, comes out piping hot but when it cools down its very yummy. Food: B+ Décor: B Service: B+ Value: A Tip: Great place to go after a day of paddleboarding /kayaking because it’s just down the street from the rental places & there’s plenty of places for parking & tables for groups/families.
