HB Tobacco

This was the first Vape Shop that I went to when I moved here from Las Vegas. I talked to one of the guys, not sure of his name, and he answered my questions and was very helpful. I didn’t buy anything that day as I had no extra money. I went in about a week later and bough a new AW IMR 1860 and some 28G to rebuild my atty. I asked if they had a nimbus, and of course they did! Despite them having the nimbus I wasnt going to pay the high price just to have a designer atty. The guy said that the IGO-​W was basically the same thing, and i know that you can have the nicest atomizer on the market but if you build crappy coils its gonna suck. So I also bought the IGO-​W and took it home.
A few nights ago, I went in AGAIN because I LOVE this place, and had them drill out the air holes on my IGO-​W. I was expecting to pay like 5 bucks for them to do it. I waited while they helped some other customers and they took my top cap and drilled it out. NO CHARGE! They also asked why i was using silica and not cotton. Now this doesnt seem like a big deal, but they gave me cotton balls as well as drilling my top cap!
Great customer service, Great shop, Great selection, Tons of Mods.
This place is great for beginners and advanced users like myself alike.

good selection, horrible customer service. I bought one of the catridges that you put the oil in and it didn’t work so we went back and instead of giving us a new one they poured out the oil
put in and changed out the ropes and then asked US if WE had oil to fill it after we had already filled it to the top with our own oil, this is after I spent 72 $. The guy also kept blowing smoke when id ask questions instead of responding; I get it you like your e-​cig you dont have to blow fat clouds every 2 seconds and ignore your customers. deffinitely not going back.

These days it’s all about customer service, especially since these e-​cig shops are sprouting up on every corner… And this place is great!
I’ve been to a dozen shops and HB TABACCO has the best selection of juice and styles of e-​cigs with plenty of digital and mechanical MODS…
I won’t go anywhere else. Every time I go in I get nothing but smiles and great service.
The guys working here are knowledgable and willing to explain it all!!!

I am not sure of the name of the person that was helping me but he was very friendly and helpful. I normally ONLY go to E-​Cig City in Hawaiian Gardens since my brother works in the juice room, but my carto was burnt and I needed a new one right away. So I googled smoke shops and came across HB Tobacco. I bought 2 new carto’s and a new tank! I was very satisfied with the staff and the overall smoke shop as they had many, many flavors to offer. I just wish they had more variety in 6mg, better yet 0mg! I also brought my friend with me, who loves my e-​cig and always wants to smoke it. Well, she bought her own and she is so happy with HB Tobaccos services!

Awesome little tobacco store. Very conveniently located and a nice selection of both cigarettes and e-​cigarettes. Smokes are so cheap here! I haven’t seen cheaper prices anywhere else in the OC for those cigarettes. All the workers were really friendly and were willing to help explain the whole e-​cigarette process to me. I wish the place was a little bigger but I can’t complain since they hold all the flavors of vapors that I want. They have my favorite brands so I will definitely be coming back to refill my ego-​T unit here. 5 STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

It’s nice to have a spot closer to home to get e-​cig supplies. Although the only thing I would say is that it was a little discouraging that they didn’t have any testers for the Pink Spot brand vapor juice. There were testers for other brands but none for these. Seeing that Pink Spot is the most popular brand right now, that seemed a little odd.
Selection was decent… but kind of a shot in the dark when you just get to small them. Ended up with the strawberry cotton candy and blueberry cheesecake (had this before and it’s amazing).

I have been a loyal customer of totally wicked for the past 3 years. However, as convenient as online shopping is, I have felt a disconnect and, therefore, felt a need to be physically «in tune» with an actual shop. Recently, I stumbled upon HB tobacco and read on totally wicked that this shop is a retailer of their products; I knew I had to, at least, check them out.
Jeff was EXTREMELY friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about his e-​liquid inventory and was quick to let me sample the vast assortment of vape oils available at HB tobacco. The selection of both liquids and electronic nicotine inhalators at this shop is MORE than satisfactory.
Totally wicked’s online shop just lost a loyal customer to HB Tobacco! I most definitely will return. ASK for JEFF!
