DONOTGOHERE!!! What a joke of a medical practice. Call your local hospital(like HOAG) and get a referral for a doctor that works on your specific area. Referrals are free and you will save the money and get real assistance. You can tell just by reading their paperwork and seeing their crap hole of an office set up that the only thing practiced in that office is crime against honest people.

After reading these reviews, I was nervous about going to Dr. Nassir’s office. I was randomly assigned to him by Aetna as my primary care physician. I needed to get a referral to see a dermatologist for a skin check, and my experience with Dr. Nassir was great. His office staff was kind and prompt. I only waited about 10 minutes past my scheduled time. Not only did he give me a dermatology referral, but he also referred me to an Ear, Nose, and Throat Specialist for another issue as well. I was in and out and treated with respect by the doctor and his team. It’s all I really could have asked for.

Dr Nassir is a really strong doctor and was recommended by my wife who is also a Dr. I haven’t had any of the same issues with the front desk at the others have had but i find it pretty harsh to give 1 star to a Dr based on front desk employees but maybe that’s just me. But this man knows his stuff and like any primary care doctor, the business overall is a mess and that’s the current world we live in.

Dr. Nassir is someone you do not want to bring your loved one to. DONOTGOHERE! He likes to pack patients to maximize his income so expect to wait 1.5−3 hours.

I found Dr. Nassir through ZocDoc and decided to go with him since he seemed to receive relatively good reviews on the site. He was friendly, but his administration team was not — wait time was 1.5 hours after scheduling an appointment at 2:15PM and the receptionist did not like to be bothered from her text messaging. Furthermore, I later received a call from the CA Diagnostic Imaging Center for a post-trauma head scan because my information was found underneath their door. I saw Dr. Nassir for basic flu treatments. Needless to say, I don’t think I’ll be going back anytime soon to long lines, below average customer service, and unprofessional/disorganized confidential information handling. I’m terrified to have left my information with them now.

I have nothing against Dr. Nassir, he’s always been kind and helpful. But his front office nurses are causing me to come very near an anxiety attack. Dr. Nassir is my 80 year old grandmothers doctor. Granny doesn’t speak good English and doesn’t drive. So it is up to me or my(also elderly) mother to communicate with the dr’s office and take her to appointments. We both work and do our best to make things work schedule-wise. That said, today my mother called to make an appointment ASAP since my grandmother is in need of a medication which, apparently, now requires a dr visit. Medication ends in two weeks, the«first available» appointment date is in three weeks. When my mother asked if there’s anything sooner(she just needs the same medication she’s been on for the past five years for Christ’s sake, how long would that take!!), she got a «no, nothing before that» and«yes, she’ll be without medication for a week». Really? When mom(calmly!) tried to talk sense into the nurse, she was accused of being rude, the nurse REFUSED to let my mother talk to anybody else(didn’t even ask to talk to the doctor himself, just anybody else), REFUSED to tell what her name was and made it sound like my mother is some nobody, wasting the nurse’s precious time! This isn’t the first similar treatment that me and my mother received at that office, and we have had enough. We will be switching doctors for my grandmother. Dr Nassir, YOURFRONTOFFICESTAFFISSORUDETHEYARECAUSINGYOURCLIENTSTOGOELSEWHERE. PLEASE, implement some sort of corrective action and stop them from treating your clients like dirt!

I was sent to see Dr. Nassir after the pharmacist downstairs(at Medical Towers Pharmacy) rec’d him when I asked for a good Internal Medicine Doctor. I have an uncommon diagnosis(‘Lazy” Adrenals/Addison’s) and when I inquired about HGH in Addison’s patients, something I’d just researched(via studies on PubMED), he was totally up-to-date in his knowledge. This may not seem like a big deal, but of all the Docs I know(my long-term bf is one, so I know MANY) I’ve learned how to spot the best ones: look for Docs who love their field and actually READ the journals that are mailed to them, bc they find them interesting. The others simply learn about new therapies from Pharm Reps and random CME stuff(which some don’t even do themselves– in order to satisfy requirements, one Doc tried to get my bf to do his online, pretending to be him!) The staff– meh. The waiting time– not so good after 1pm. AM appts=best for promptness. RE: previous review, I can’t see how Dr. Nassir would ever advertise ‘Walk-Ins welcome”– he’s always booked at least a week in advance(and that is for a 15 min follow-up appt!) Maybe one of the other Docs at that office are Doc-in-a-box types, but he’s far from it.

If I could give zero stars I would First off, receptionist was completely rude from the moment I walked in. You would think that her being the first person we talk to that she would at least be somewhat nice. Secondly, they advertise that walk ins are welcome, they are not. I drove all the way over there with my 7 week old son just to be told they won’t even look at me and that the doctor isn’t even in the office?! What kind of doctor isn’t there on a Monday morning? I also didn’t appreciate the fact that I called the day prior and was told once again by the doctor himself that walk ins are welcomed, it’s hard to make an appointment when you have a new baby that you have to bring with you. Needless to say I didn’t make an appointment to come back. Thanks for nothing doctor Nassir!
