I train with master Ted once or twice a week as time permits, I always enjoy the workouts with other students. The techniques are simple and effective, and I always learn something new to add to my arsenal and increase my abilities. Whether you are training for health and fitness reason or to prepair for street defense you will greatly benefit from Mast Ted’s training. DOIT! Ted Sias is a very knowledgeable and skilled Fung Fu master. His style of teaching blends yoga, health consciousness and martial arts together in a very non-confrontational and relaxed way. I’ve studied boxing and karate intermittently over the years and glad I found Ted. I’m honored to have been studying with him on a private lesson basis for over a year now. I’m over 60 and try to work with him twice a week. I’m a professional person and Ted works with my schedule. I truly look forward to lessons with Ted as he keeps it interesting and varies the sessions to keep the lessons valuable, interesting and anything but rote. I’m never bored working with Ted. He maintains a very clean and properly equipped studio. Sessions with Ted are positive and uplifting. I always walk away from the studio having learned something together with a feeling of accomplishment. I can most highly recommend the Kung Fu Studio. If my children lived nearby I would encourage them to study with Ted. Based upon Ted’s demeanor and attitude I’m sure he is great with children too.

Master Ted is the best. The atmosphere is very helpful, humble, and welcoming. No one here has an ego and no one judges anyone. It’s like a family that accepts you immediately. The biggest challenge is to be patient with yourself. This is a fine art. You will come in as a Fingerpainter, and will leave as a Picasso!
