Lucci’s Deli has the best food and coffee imported from Italy. I love their baked cookies, canolies, and cakes. Their restaurant has great food and service. I love the«make your own pizza» it’s the best and at a reasonable price too. I go here a lot, you will too once you experience this place.

I love this place! Seriously makes the best homemade items !! My all time favorite is the cinnamon Bread! Perfect size perfect homemade taste ! Always fresh and packaged wonderfully you can use this bread as a snack for French toast. A turkey club with some sweetness ! Seriously I have never loved a bread more than I love this bread and the raw cinnamon sugar outside is sooooo gooooood! The people here are always attentive and have great suggestions love this deli!

I’ve never encounter the most horrible employee than today. I ordered a To go food with Spaghetti Bucket and Torpedo sandwich. FIRST of all as soon as i ordered the skinny girl who is very rude was pushing me to get the Torpedo sandwich that was sitting on the fridge and a I told her I want a fresh one and she still insist that I should get that. Then I ask the less rude girl for plates since its a to go and will be eaten at the park as I’ve mentioned she informed me that they don’t give it for free and that they have to charge me and I said well«why?» And she said because its a good quality but OMG how much does it cost, anyways i said okay ill pay for it coz i can’t eat the spaghetti with my hands. THEn she ask the rude skinny lady and she came back that they don’t sell the plates… and just that no apologies or anything. So I cancelled my order and won’t ever try it again, I’d rather drive 8 miles to go to cortina’s in Anaheim because they have a better products on display, good quality food and excellent customer service. 0 Star for this restaurant Lucci’s

The 3 stars is for the restaurant in the back. The deli and grocery would get a 4 star. I have had food catered from them and the salads and sandwiches are good, I also like their take out pasta. The restaurant has poor service and the food is so so. I ordered a sandwich last night and the bread was so stale I could not eat it. The service was so slow that I took the meat home and used my own bread. The servers never seem to be in a good mood and they do not seem to be interested in taking care of customers. I have tried it several times and it is unpredictable as to the quality of the food, but the service is rarely good. Will get items from the deli and forego the restaurant going forward.

Blessed enough to be entrusted w/an authentic Italian recipe from a friend’s mother and this is the only place in OC I am allowed to go to if I am going to make it. This store is quaint and the people here are like family. Very professional service, offering a variety of goods from their freshly baked desserts, dry ingredients and fresh cuts of meat at their deli. There is even a ‘To Go’ restuarant towards the back. For all your Italian goods needs… Lucci’s!

I love supporting local business, and I have to say Lucci’s sandwiches are to die for! I had a 7″ torpedo for lunch and a side of potatoe salad and it was devoured to say the least Nice friendly staff the ladies at the restaurant counter greeted me immediately. They also have some great suggestions when you cannot decide. If you came here for great value and an amazing meal, look no where else! If you expect an extremely fancy experience this may not be the place for you. Great food, great people, great price.

I usually stop in for their fresh bread or to pick up a dessert. Their cakes, pastries and cookies have always been fresh and tasty. I especially like all their chocolate desserts — German chocolate, Oreo, or regular chocolate cakes :). I have also sampled several of their individual dessert pieces which have also been delicious. tWe normally don’t order food here but they do have microwaveable meals you can take home for a quick dinner. u

Love this place! Always good food, quick service and fresh food. They have great prices too. You can go there and eat at the restaraunt or get take-out. They also have stuff ready to cook at home and a fresh bakery.

OMG had lunch here a few weeks back on a Saturday. It was flavorless and disgusting. The table was filthy. Floor was filthy. The waitress was really friendly, but would never come back for a meal here, and was honestly too scared to try the baked goods after the vile food we got served at a sit down table in the back. Be careful, both of us had an upset stomach after eating here.

Use Lucci’s yesterday for a catered event at my house. As usual the food selected was amazing and all the guests were commenting on it all and Joanie was amazing in helping my wife plan the event and get the amount of food correct.

My boys loved their spaghetti dinner. It was big enough to share for sure, but at $ 5 for a kid’s meal it’s a great price considering they can have the leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Another plus — I would much rather have them eat this messy meal here than at home. The deli gives kids a free cookie too. What a deal!

The food is disgusting, bland, & totally not worth the price. I don’t care how big the portion is. HORRIBLE. The restaurant in the back has this old lady who is short, has blonde hair and has a face you just want to slap. She is so RUDE, doesn’t acknowledge you standing right in front of her, doesn’t say hi, doesn’t apologize for anything or for making you wait FORNOREASON. Always looks irritated, like she hates her job, very snobby and has smart ass remarks. WHYISSHESTILLWORKINGHERE? Fire her already, jeez.

This place is really good. The food tastes great and the staff was really friendly and quick. They have all sorts of cool specials and I can’t wait to come back and try more food. I have lived near here forever and never thought to come in. The only reason 4 stars was cause there soda fountain was out of everything and the poor woman working had to run around and get everyone cups of ice and cans of soda. Otherwise everything was great.

Very disappointed in the staff. Rude won’t let you talk to a manager and not willing to help in any manner. I was there this morning and will never go back. When someone who claims to be the owners wife and can’t answer your question it’s just time to move on. I had all by youth bday cakes made her when I was a kid. Never again will I set foot in this store. I even called back and asked to speak to a manager and the lady who gave me a false name said«I can’t let you speak to one»

I’ve been going to Lucci’s for 30+ years ands it my favorite mom and pop in OC. If you’re a transplant from Pitt, you’ll love the chipped ham. Otherwise the homemade Italian dinners are delicious. You can get spaghetti and meatballs, lasagne, and ravioli to go at a very affordable price. The meatballs are very tasty. Make sure to pickup extras in the second cooler. They also have a little restaurant where you can eat there. Or take some frozen ravioli, gnocchi or pizza makings home with you. I can’t help but go here at least once or twice a month. They also have a bakery and a little store full of imported Italian products. Edit For some reason they have filtered all my reviews which is silly since half of them are bad reviews. I do not get paid to review. I truly love mom and pop shops and this one is one of my top 5 in OC. This is great Italian food you can pick up on the way home at a good price and eat well without all the mess. Personally I just buy the 6 meatballs in sauce and then make pasta at home.

The idea of this place is really neat. We came to try the restaurant. When we came in, the lady was very friendly and helpful. The food came out very quickly and it was really good. The potato salad is definitely worth trying. Almost everything they make is homemade. Which is a nice plus. I recommend it! We will probably be back soon.

This place is really cute and cool. It’s a big market with a look of good looking food items to make at home. But in the back there is this little sit down restaurant which is what we came to try. As the reviews were suggesting, I tried the torpedo sub, and I was not disappointed. It was really good and packed with a lot of flavors, which blended together very nicely. They had a big selection of soda’s that were pretty neat because I’ve never seen any of them before. My favorite thing I tried was the cream of mushroom soup. I’ve always enjoyed the canned cream of mushroom soups that you can buy at any grocery store, but I’ve never had a home made version. And it was to die for. I couldn’t even eat too much of my sandwich because I was enjoying the soup too much. I would definitely recommend trying this place out. It is a great place and the woman that was helping us order and in the kitchen was such a delight.

I LOVETHISPLACE! My family has been coming here for cold cuts, cheeses, bakery items and bread for decades! When it comes to Italian Deli’s, Lucci’s is best in all of Orange County! Their Soppressata, dry Italian salami, Capicola, Prosciutto, Mortadella is seriously the best. Also, their cheese selection is off the hook. And this is a must… you MUST make your cold cut sandwich and put it on Luccis fresh baked(daily) Italian bread. The bread is outstanding and it’s only a $ 1 per loaf! It is a felony to put this on any other bread. Family owned business for 68 years! You guys are awesome!

I stopped by Lucci’s Deli for the first time this afternoon to buy lunch for my husband. I was running errands in HB and Lucci’s was in the vicinity. I thought a deli sandwich full of meaty goodness would be a nice change of pace from the usual veggie based meals I prepare for my meat-and-potatoes guy. #DavidVersusVeggies The place was surprisingly(and thankfully) not packed when I arrived here around noon. In addition to the deli, Lucci’s has an Italian market, bakery and a full restaurant. Sandwiches including Lucci’s «Famous Torpedo Sandwich» and other prepackaged entrees are available in the refrigerator. I chose to order custom-built sandwiches: Turkey Reuben for my husband and Half Vegetarian Sandwich for myself. My sandwich came with copious amounts of avocado slices, sprouts, cheese(provolone and swiss), lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard, mayo and pickle on sourdough. By the time I made it home the bread was a bit soggy but otherwise the sandwich was pretty tasty and filling! Reasonable prices($ 6.99 for the Turkey Reuben and $ 4.95 for the Half Vegetarian — both sandwiches came with a choice of macaroni salad, potato salad or chips; I decided on chips). Friendly staff. All-around cute place. Plan to bring my husband back for dinner sometime. They have some great sounding pasta dishes. Lucci’s has quite an extensive menu which you can check out here:
