Monterey Property Management

Our previous owner sold his property. We are now under «Monterey Property Management». We have not had a good experience. It took over 4 months for someone to respond to our repair issues. You cannot call the office and talk to a «live person». Every call is directed to voicemail. We have lived in our apartment for almost 8yrs and have never been late on our rent but yet we have received 3 different notices from this company stating our rent was late even when I DROPPED IT OFF IN PERSON!“
It is very frustrating to pay rent and not get any service and also to not be able to talk to a live person. I have been in their office and talked to these women face to face, but I feel they take it as a personal attack rather than do their job and respond to repairs and maintenance.

VERY slow to respond (if at all) to maintenance requests. When you call their office you have to leave a message… unable to speak to a human unless they decide to call you back. The office staff were very sweet and helpful when we first moved in and now it’s as if we ‘re on our own. Can’t recommend this company.
