Well let’s see. place has the vibe of a pawn shop. Lots of scratch and dent and b class items. Placed and item on lay-​away, returned to purchase the item and they sold it. Refused to give me my money back — forced me into store credit. Unprofessional staff to boot. The gent behind the counter had black nail polish on and accesorised it with short shorts and sandals.

I have been to this store a few times in the past when i needed to sell some gear for quick cash. The reason i can’t give a good review is because of how badly they want to low ball people on their nice used gear. I regret the fact that i have ever sold them anything. If you want to get paid nothing for your perfect condition used gear bring it to neals music. At neals music they love to take advantage of a poor musician trying to make ends meet.

I am not the biggest fan of their guitar selection. It is what it is. But I think they are interesting because they carry Orange amps, and have an interesting selection of guitar pedals and accessories. Much more so than places like GC. I bought a empty 4×12 from Neal. Straight forward in agreeing upon a price.

Very cool little store. Good selection of gibson/​fender clones, stompboxes and accessories. They also carry new Orange amps which is pretty cool considering you won’t find them at the local Sam Ash and GC’s around here.
All the staff i’ve encountered have been very helpful and friendly as well.
