Awesome barber shop, while walking to Main Street I came across this gem. Easy to book appointments on their website and awesome barbers! Tom knew exactly what I was looking for and did an amazing job. Had a great time during my first visit, I would definitely recommend this spot to all the locals looking for laid back, friendly and professional barber shop! Tom and Carol were very friendly and professional and welcoming!

My husband has been on the hunt for the right barber shop for a long time. I can’t even begin to count how many places he’s tried. Well, thanks to a well placed add on our pizza box, we looked up this place and the reviews were great. So he gave it a shot.
First the fact that you can set an appointment online is awesome and convenient. I was able to make him an appointment for the very next day. We got there a little early so we got to hang outside and people watch, which I love.
When we walked in they were extremely friendly and the place had a great vibe. Tom cut my husbands hair and did an excellent job. He has thick Italian hair and Tom handled it with precision. My hubs loved the straight razor edge clean up and we both got to enjoy a drink, a shot of Sailor Jerry for him and ice cold PBR on tap for me.
Seriously this is exactly the kind of place my hubs has been looking for. It’s the whole package. So glad we found this place!

This is great men’s barber shop, the kind of shop I thought was extinct. If you are tired of salon cuts or the shop that is only interested in getting you in and out quickly, go see Tom. His haircuts are spot on and he straight razor shaves the edges so you get that clean fresh look ever time. The price is reasonable, they take appointments and walk ins, also if you are thirsty you can have a drink on them. WOW! Check this place out.

I love this place… when i get there they offer me a drink and theres always somethin good on tv. Tom always gets me in and out just in time to pick my daughter up from school. When i get to her school I get plenty of compliments from the other moms. I’m a dad, but thats what i call them. When my wife sees the new dew, i get a big smile. Happy wife/​Happy life…

This is the spot to get your cut in SoCal. Luis and the whole crew are not only great at what they do, but they take care of each person as if they’re the only one in the shop. Appointments are super easy to set up too. Perfect for me… I don’t like to roll the dice as a walk-​in. Great cuts. Great shop. Great people.

The receptionist (or employee answering phones) at this place was and too lazy to do her job. She put more effort in to pushing away customers. First I call to make an appointment and she refuses to take down any info. Instead she sends sends me a text with a link to a website where I am supposed to book my appointment. I do so and just as a curtesy I call 30min before my appointment to confirm because the website would not allow me to correct the last digit on my phone number (another pain in the ass). Finally the same receptionist responds by asking me who I booked with and then she says that person doesn’t work today. So basically I wasted my time. I refuse to go to a place that treats their customers this way.

Great barber. Luis and fabi were great. Straight razor shave was much better than Hallywood.

Been getting my haircut by Luis for about 2 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have even brought my friends here and they also became regulars. They accept walk-​ins and no matter which barber cuts your hair you are going to love your haircut. I would make an appointment though because they can get busy.

I set my appointment over the phone (which was cake) for 630. I was a little late so I called and Luis and he ensured me it was all good. When I showed up the place was clean and Luis asked what I was looking for. I explained to him this was the first time I’ve had a beard this length and needed a nice trim/​clean up. Luis went above and beyond. The beard trim came out great. I was so impressed that I paid him double the cost since I was late and he took care of me. I am highly satisfied with my experience and look forward to calling this place my new home for beard trims and haircuts. Thanks Luis!

Poor haircut. By that lady. Wayy too short and didn’t follow instruction what I asked in the design picture. Need wait 3 more weeks to grow it back then can work w the project.

Luis rocks. I had a great cut and beard trim at this place. The fade cut was flawless and exactly what I had asked for, the beard trim was excellent, the attention to detail really separates Luis’s work out from other barbers around the area. The location is excellent too, it’s going to be my regular place for as long as I stay in HB.

It’s difficult for me nowadays to sit down and actually write a review. Call it a lack of motivation, chalk it up to life getting in the way, or maybe I’m just a lazy asshole. BUT! more importantly, I’m having trouble coming to terms with formulating a solid, unique review about any place nowadays. b what has been said about a restaurant or in this case, a barbershop, that hasn’t been said before? What can I say that would add any significance to the hundreds of reviews (well in this case 56) that wouldn’t sound repetitive?
But that’s when I realized… when you come across a spot like Orange County Barbers Parlor, its not about finding something outrageously unique that no one ever has said before and try to write an epic post… its about repeating the amazing and the great qualities that deserves repeating.
I mean, the haircuts here are on point. Ballerinas would be jealous, because this place is SO ON POINT. You leave feeling like a million bucks, and I call that a deal when you realize a haircut runs you 20 bucks. Talk about a great ROI.
But more importantly, and i mean this is probably the most important: the people here are phenomenal. They go above and beyond, making sure you look your best when it matters the most. you’re probably thinking, «ken, you’re full of it, most half decent barber shops do that», and you know what? yeah you’re probably right. But i experienced it here, and that’s what matters. Here at OC barbers parlor, i can vouch that they will make sure you feel fresh, cut, and clean.
I got my haircut the week before my aunt’s wedding. Luis (owner and barber, great guy, highly recommended) was all «dude, if you need it cleaned up the day before you go, come by, i gotchu.» AND YOU KNOW WHAT? HE GOT ME. I showed up 10 minutes before closing (i know, dick move, but i have work so…) and he took care of me. Lined me up, fixed the fade, everything i was concerned about, he made sure i didnt have to be concerned about it, ANYMORE.
It’s a work of art, whatever they’re doing, they’re doing it right.
also. they have beer. while you get your hair cut. soooo… what more do you want? there’s probably a joke here about getting buzzed, but im not going to find it.

They are fun, dedicated entrepreneurs and haircutting pro’s who get to know you, remember you, treat you like family, and make you want to keep coming back for the great service and camaraderie. All of that plus a consistently sharp look when they finish with you, which is why you went in the first place!

Today was my first «gentlemen style original comb over haircut.»
I would say I am very impressed with the friendliness, welcoming employees, and best of all the final haircut!
It cost me $ 20 for a haircut. And an additional $ 1 for a credit card service fee.
However there is no fee when you pay with cash which is the preferred method here.
My oh my, can I speak about my haircut?
I loved the look and haircut so much that I even bought the defining shine Pomade from OC BARBER PARLOR for $ 16.
Overall, it was a bit pricey for everything but well worth the quality.
Luis and Brooke will take great care of you.

This is the new spot just got my hair cut today here and it came out bomb thanks to Luis for hooking it up he is the lucky new owner of this fine establishment. The place is clean and comfy he’s setup phone chargers for different types of phones to juice up your phone and a big screen tv to watch the games while you get your mop chopped. There is street parking in the front but plenty of parking in the rear.(sounds like a Big Johnson T Shirt)
I really enjoyed my cut it looks sharp, there is also plenty of seating if you come with the family and they’re gonna wait for you. The beach is not too far if you wanna walk to the pier. Come and support your local barber shop and get one of the cleanest haircuts you’ve ever had. See my boy Luis and bring your Raiders gear for you diehard Raiders fans this is a Raider friendly barber shop. Also did I mentioned he has an old school Coca-​Cola ice box filled with drinks for customers to enjoy.
