I have to say I love this place. The location is convenient for me and it’s also an easy shopping center to get in and out of. The staff could not be nicer or more helpful and they always seem to offer up great suggestions. They have very nice stuff and very good prices. They always work with you and have great promotions. I started shopping here last summer and I can safely say I am glad that I did. I highly recommend this store.

In store now on Sunday. 17 people in line, 2 on register. Only a few weekends before Xmas and way understaffed.

Really bad customer service! The cashier at another store forgot a candle and I showed my receipt to the store manager in HB. She rudely said we have to call and I agreed after waiting she tells me we can’t give you the candle something about inventory. So I called the luecadia store and it was no problem! Where would you like to pick it up so sorry etc. I will never shop in the HB store again! Too bad because I spend $$$$$

Came in for a new set of plates and came out with so much more. You can definitely lose yourself in here! Lots of cute stuff and amazing sales. The staff are very helpful and welcoming, and I love that they keep everything neat and organized.

I have always loved this store, but when I was there yesterday, it seemed even brighter and nicer! All the wall display shelves where they have candles and glassware have individual lights above them, and it looks really pretty. The staff is friendly. Theresa, who helped me, made copies from their printer of the outdoor furniture I was interested in, so I could have a picture and the dimensions to show my husband at home. She also explained that if I applied for the Pier One Rewards Credit Card, I could get 15% off not only that day’s purchases, but a future purchase. Apparently a welcoming discount of 15% off your next purchase arrives with your card. While she was helping me at the register, a line of three people had accumulated on the other side. Noticing this, Theresa spoke into the receiver on her headset, and three other staff showed up at the register instantly! I love this store! They must have really good buyers, because their merchandise is quality and unique. I always find what I want and more!

Pier One is my go to store for my home furnishings. They have the greatest dishes, pillows, furniture you name it. I just bought a jewelry box and it’s so nice. I love this thing to death. I also picked up this really unique coffee table that has a glass top with pull out drawer. It looks really high quality and is very sturdy. This is another reason why I love this place so much its because of the quality. Everything is super nice.
I come to this store just about every weekend. I love poking in here.

This Pier One Import is located in the 5 points shopping center on Beach Blvd and Ellis Ave.
Pier One is known best for their interesting, impressive, colorful, cute and one of a kind looking furnishings.
When you walk into Pier One you see a lot of colorful furniture and dishes and usually you are greeted by a smiling staff member asking if you need help finding anything. I usually go to Pier One when I am shopping for a Mother’s Day gift or Christmas. They have all the stuff that your Mom or Wife would love.
They have a special that end’s today it’s 25% off any Outdoor Rugs, Outdoor Décor, Pillows and Curtains.
If I had to compare this type of shop to another that is popular I would say it’s similar to World Market.
It’s worth checking out for a Mother’s Day gift. I got my Mom one year some ceramic ladybug measuring spoons. She absolutely loved them!

This was a great place to find the necessities for our dining room as well as accent pillows! It was so full of various treasures to use and I was so happy with everything I discovered! I got dining table, chairs, barstools, pillows and tons of other things that were lovely! On and ask for Jersey. They’ll try to help you and they are ok, but jersey is dynaMite! She is friendly, has great taste and is so willing to assist. Jersey makes this pier one shine!

I like this place. There is always something new and unique to find in this store. The staff is very helpful. I love the changes in the holiday décor.

The store will be re-​openng soon in the same shopping center, where Benestar was. Does anyone have the re-​opening date?

I may presently be the Duchess of this particular Pier 1 but in no way am I a role model customer. I tend to do the unthinkable at this location… bring a mischievous toddler. The staff here knows I am violating an unspoken rule… heck everyone does… but I still do it. Why? Because I need that 9^th place mat, that colorful coffee cup, that vintage looking trunk in the corner. And the staff is so dang accommodating. One morning a staff member entertained my son while another showed me some things they had on sale that I might like. I know… I take advantage. I am bad… but I do it anyway. My name is Karey R. and I bring toddlers to Pier 1.

Had a little bit of time for some mindless shopping. I love Pier One and this is a great store. One could wander for awhile, they have so many cool things. Love the seasonal decorator items. The store is decorated for fall and it inspires me to do a little redecorating.
From placemats to glasses, artwork, dishes, candles and furniture, they have it all.

Thanks for having your stainless steel cooking utensils on sale… your $ 2.00 each sale was priceless!
This place is decorated with Easter décor and has every item under the sun to decorate your house and fill your kitchen cabinets.

This is by far the best Pier 1 I have been to, and I have been to many from the East coast to the west. The employees are incredibly welcoming and quick to find what it is that I am looking for, and suggest items I wouldn’t have even thought of! Over hearing another customers issues, they were super fast to solve the issue and everyone left more than happy. The store is very clean, and organized making it very easy to find what I am looking for. All in all~ a VERY pleasing experience. I will not shop at another pier 1 store in California! Huntington Beach store is for me!
