PEDRO IS THE MAN! After a long day working on the beach, all we wanted was to sit down and enjoy some pizza. The store manager, Pedro, made sure that we got exactly that! I will definitely be back after the next time and hope that Pedro is still there to great us!

I really enjoy Pizza Hut so I keep trying to give this same location a chance, but this is my last.
The issues are not solely due to delivery drivers neglect, but also the location seems to lack good management.
On my previous orders included, but not limited to these mishaps; forgotten cheese, incorrect toppings, non-​delivered sides, and pizzas that appear to have carried on their sides, and the worst of all had to have of been when they assured me the pizza I was charged for was merely running late only to find out 2 hours later that they never even had it in their system causing me to prove I was charged.
I really like pizzahut so I’ve tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but this is just one time to many, I won’t be shopping there again

Horrible Horrible Customer service. Manager is a piece of shit. Dont waste your time ordering food here, dont give them your money customer service is ridiculous

Never coming back to this location. My pizza was dry and cold. The slices weren’t even cut all the way thru, I had to ask for a butter knife to cut my pizza. I’m so upset and disappointed for the experience they gave me. More mad that I spend my money here. I should’ve gone to Papa John’s.

I am a big fan of pizza hut, but after coming here last night I’m not so sure anymore. Came here last night with a few friends and the 4 of us just split a single pizza. There was an awkwardness when we tried to purchase our food and the management basically told us no and to pay after we eat, weird. It took the server 5 minutes to get us beverages when we were the only people in there. Shortly after a group of 4 comes in and they place an order for 3 pizzas and they get theirs before our table. We then get the pizza but no plates, and we all watched the waiter procrastinate as to getting our plates. Staff was rude and the girl on the register had no idea what to do with a chipped card. If you want your time wasted come here

I ordered carry out for a personal cheese pizza and the individual wings meal and requested ranch. Simple basic order. I pick up my order and customer service was poor. My order was wrong and there was no ranch!!! I will definitely not be ordering from this location.

Horrible service. They don’t deliver on time, the guys who work there are always really rude and passive aggressive, and sometimes the food is luke warm when it arrives. Would not recommend.

Never order here near closing time. They are arip off! And the manager sonia, she should be fired. I 2 medium pizza here close to closing time on a weekday, I got delivery and they deliver the pizza there was barely any topping on it literally the slices there were just cheese on it and one or two scrappy topping on top of that. So I call the thy night and they said duos I want to redeliver, I told them no but I want credit. The next day, i called and told the manager and she told me that she would give me a free pizza I called a few days later and they told me I don’t get afree pizza only 5 bucks credit. that’s BS and a rip off! I’m going to call the corporate and complain about this place

Thanya (Tania?) was a very patient and helpful person to order delivery over the phone with. At 11pm I’m so dang impressed by the customer service from someone who works for Pizza Hut. Bravo. I’m stoked for this pizza to show up at my door.

The pizza at this place is extremely dry. I found out why. I ordered pizza here two separate times and looked under the cheese to see absolutely no marinara sauce. This place is cheating people. I always order extra sauce so not only did they not put extra marinara, but none at all.
Basically, it’s just cheese stuck on the crust with no marinara sauce making it very dry and tasteless. This happened twice. The management here is very unprofessional and unethical.

About a month ago I ordered the 10 dollar dinner box and they were over an hour late and what comes with the cinnamon sticks is the frosting but instead of frosting I got blue cheese. I called up and spoke to the manager and she apologized and told me she would give me 7 dollar credit for my next order. I was cool about it too. Didn’t care that much just wanted to let them now they’re slacking. Called to order last night and I asked if I had credit and explained why and they said no I had 0 credit. Point is there’s some lazy liars who took over an hour and gave me wrong stuff and lied to me about credit.
Update: they did me good. Didn’t want to order but my girlfriend insisted. They came in 15 minutes and gave me my 7 dollar credit. *clap clap*

Cheesy bites! Yummo! People are a bit critical on the reviews. All around good service, good pizza, guy was quick and attentive for delivery. Had no problems. Salad is mediocre but it’s is «Pizza Hut» :)

When arriving to place an order to go on sunday june 7^th at 530pm I walk in and go straight to the front order desk and stand there for 3 minutes while 3 of the employees appear to be figuring out tips and money it had nothing to do with me understanding that tips need to be figured out when the time is appropriate but they continued right in front of me I didnt speak up intentionally to see how long it would take they didnt even look up at me until 3 minutes later not even a «we will be right with you «or «just a minute». I really love pizza hut I just wish the staff was more welcoming and inviting. I am currently sitting here waiting for my order looking arpund at 3 tables around the restaurant (6 other customers) that have not been greeted no drinks and no one can be found in eyesight in the front…

Terrible Customer Service, terrible delivery, terrible restaurant. The delivery driver wouldn’t serve me my order because my father called and ordered for me and because he left right after I didn’t have my card. I order from here once a week and they never had this issue before now all of a sudden it’s an issue? This is what you get for being a loyal customer for the past 2 years. I never wrote them a bad review because of how much I like pizza but have never been completely happy with them. This was the cherry on top. Not to mention when he didn’t serve me he told me to call his manager while he waited at my door so when I went inside to grab my phone to call his manager like he requested me to do he sneaks off and leaves. This is the most unprofessional Pizza Hut and I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE EAT HERE!!! Sorry Beach Blvd Pizza Hut but you just lost a VERY faithful customer.

I ordered delivery tonight I gotta say I was pleased with the service and the price, by the way I ordered online which I think is super helpful and way better than over the phone if you’re not so sure of what to order, anyway they gave me a call to ask if they could deliver my pizza 15 minutes earlier and they did

Pizza hut never disappoints

The last 2 weekends we came for a dine in pizza experience. I wanted to go retro and it was just two disappointing events. No longer like the days in junior high when the family or team went out for a hot pizza.
The pizza sits somewhere before coming to the table now. Delivery is actually hotter!
Both times the service was horribly slow. The waiters were friendly… just not present. The tables were not cleaned promptly, and the place seemed a skeleton of the Pizza Hut glory days. The feeling is «We are a delivery business, but if you wish to eat inside, we will get to you when we can».
The bathrooms remain locked and you need a key. What is happening here to cause that? This is not LA. We have free reign of restroom visits in Huntington Beach, so it made me wonder who is hanging out that shouldn’t be. That was last week. Last night, when we pulled up, two males were lying on the sidewalk and one was standing and SCREAMING into a cell phone, moving around cars. We called the HB police and asked to please drive through the parking lot, while we ate. They did, and were there maybe 20 minutes. The whole show had moved to the back of the establishment .
There were so many visible employees to be so neglected. I had to go ask for my salad, when it never came. I had to go pay at the register when my ticket never came.
Pizza Hut is a chain I like, for flavor. But I will never come back to this one. Delivery focused, they aren’t in my neighborhood, so I will continue to have pizza delivered from my local hub.
They really deserve one star, but there were 2 kids working who gave it their all. Bad management is not their fault. They earned their employer an undeserved star.

I spent the whole of the night and next morning on the toilet! This is not food!
And at a cost of $ 45.00 for pizza and wings you should be getting something that is edible.

It’s Pizza Hut, so it isn’t gourmet food. There is better pizza out there, no question. But taking price into consideration, it is great.
They always deliver before the estimated delivery time. Sure sometimes it takes an hour, but they tell you ahead of time.
The restaurant itself… Eh. Come on. Remodel already. I hate to eat inside but compared to other mass market pizza places, it is comparable. Sad but true.
I never got a cold pizza. In over 10 years they only screwed up 1 order.
