Pizza Hut

Ordered large 5 topping vegetable pizza. Pathetic! Hardly any toppings. I counted:
8 scraps of cherry pep
1 slice and 6 scraps of mushroom
8 jalapeños pieces
8 partial pieces of green pepper
4 scraps of onion
$ 13 for this? Thanks for nothing.

Great service, Sabrina serves me when j go in she is always friendly and makes me feel at home. Highly recommend wish I could put more than 5 stars!!!

This place wasn’t the best but since February, it’s the go to pizza place! Great service and great fresh food! They really listen to you and go out of their way to make your order how you want it! Absolutely fabulous pizza hut! Go here!

Not a bad experience yet, better than most pizza places around here. The people working there seem pretty nice and when I order for carryout my pizza is usually done in under 15mins. Not too bad. I wish they participated in the deals online though.

I go here for my local pizza. I have never had a problem with the service. Great customer service. Yet, as a regular customer being carded for id, when using a debit card is not ideal, given i order here often. Original post I gave them *5 but after having to go back to my card to get Id was annoyed. Like seriously? I am a regular

I was very disappointed with my food. I ordered a big dinner box, which include 2 medium one topping pizza, a pasta and 5 breadsticks. The pizza was alright but the breadsticks were disgusting. I know for a fact, those breadsticks were sitting out for a couple hours before they placed them in our dinner box. When we received them they were very hard. I could tell they tried to reheat them m, but they were no good. They also added a bunch of the breadstick seasoning which made them worse. Just thinking about them make me want to barf. Overall, not a good experience, so I’ll stick to Pieology.

Only one star, wish I could give give zero. Staff and mgr tonite were out of control and out of the way mean, accusative and contrary. I did nothing and they called the police on me. Obviously since the police haven’t shown up for several hours, I’m not a dangerous public offender. Pizza Hut banned forever. I did get a call from the Regional Mgr tonite and he was very respectful and listened to my plaint. He gets some points for that. Still no more PH for the rest of my life. I have never been treated with so much disrespect by a PH mgr ever. Who is this girl???

They can’t even figure out how to take a phone order and delivery takes 45mins to an hour!

Omg! This pizza hut management sucks! Let me start by saying they don’t honor their credits when they offer. The manager «ruby» (if that’s even her name) is totally disrespectful. I’ve call headquarters and complained about her. I hope she gets reprimanded. No customers service skills what so ever.

I’m not trying to make a pizza delivery guys life any harder but wow. He asked me for the card and photo ID that goes along with it. I get the cards come back and hand it to him. He looks at them and says «This isn’t you. Is this person here?» I say «Yes, he is here.» The guy looks around me to see inside my place and responds «where is he, is he in the other room?» «Yes». Then he says «Is this your husband or something? Who is he?» At this point I was so offended, I just had to talk away from the man and go get my significant other to come deal with him. I do believe the most appropriate way to address any customer would have been to just simply say that the cardholder must sign themselves. Instead I was given the third degree and made to feel like I was a criminal and asked personal questions about my marital status while being given dirty looks.

I spoke with Jason and tried to place an order. I went online and saw that 2 medium pizzas were $ 6.99. I asked Jason if I could order that and he refused to take my order. He said I had to go online in order to get that price. I called another pizza hut and they gladly took my order and were able to honor the price on their website. I think Jason just didn’t want to take my order and it was easier for him if I just placed the order online. :/

Waited about a hour for my pizza when I live 3 min away and pizza was folded in half and burnt I’d rather bring my services to a small business

Ordered a pizza (thin crust regular cheese) today. It took over an hour to get it. I live down the street. Then it was burned, even the cheese. Not edible! The delivery guy was really nice, but the guy answering the phone said it comes like that. I said no it doesn’t. Then he admitted the ovens were up too high. They offered to give another one in another hour. I got a credit instead. It took a while to hammer that out though. I haven’t ordered pizza in a long time. A friend mentioned it last night and it got stuck in my head. They used to be good. I think it was the universe telling me not to eat pizza.

Friendly, fresh. Very convenient location. Every one in My family loves it.

After taking ALL of my delivery info and pizza order I’m told «we don’t deliver to that area», I’m 1 ½ miles away from their store??? So I waste more of my time looking up another pizza hut (it’s actually further away than the warner store), I verify that they can deliver to my area, place order and give coupon info, I’m then told my order is twice what the amount shown on the coupon is??? At that point I’M DONE!!! I call Papa John’s. Pizza Hut is run so poorly I don’t know how they stay in buisness.

STAY AWAY!!! They are filthy and you will get sick. We all got sick. See below.
Everything wrong about this place and I should have seen the signs.
Received an email from pizza hut on Father’s Day for a random % off and it ended up being 50% off. Placed the order online last night for lunch today when my family was visiting. An hour before my guest arrives (3 hours prior to delivery time) I receive an email that my order was cancelled and no reasons were listed. Unable to get this resolved because they’re not open yet I start to reorder the pizza but now my coupon no longer works because it was «redeemed». I called the urgent line on the website and they aren’t in yet so I jump on Unilocal to get the number for the location.
This place only had 2 stars and had dozens of negative reviews. Felt like I didn’t have a choice since it was the only pizza hut in the area but I continued anyways. I called and my wife called and they were unable to do anything in store since it was all done online. So screw it. I ordered less food without a coupon and paid more for it and it is set to arrive later than my original order since I was still working on it when my family arrived.
Now I’m waiting for the food and I get a call cuz the driver is lost. It is 5 minutes prior to the delivery time but he’s still lost. So my brothers and I run out to the street and wait. 7 minutes later I call back and he ends up pulling up. After about 5 minutes of back and forth to pay I head back up to the house. The food is now lukewarm, whatever, everyone is hungry so they don’t really care. What really got me was how they even managed to screw up the order. I didn’t say anything when I opened it cuz I wasn’t sure they would notice but sure enough my mom was asking which one had the jalapeños. I only got half the breadsticks, again, since I couldn’t use my coupon, so I didn’t have any. When I went back in later I saw them and attached you’ll see how they sent them. They put the sauce pack right in the middle of them which squished 3 of them. Seriously no care about anything.
I started this out with the accusation that they are filthy and you will get sick. I want people to come to that realization with how they handle everything. If they don’t care about the things you see, how they handle customer situations, the things you know, taste and see. What makes you think they will do the right thing when we aren’t looking, when we don’t see, when we don’t know.
Done with this place. Done with this franchise. Look at dominos stock. Never been a fan of their pizza but been watching their stocks sore these last few years. Making the switch because they must be doing everything right i.e. Everything that pizza hut is not doing.

Hands down, the worst Pizza Hut, if not the worst pizza, I’ve ever had. I don’t particularly like to give bad reviews, but it hurts me to my core that I can’t give this place 0 stars.
I should’ve known as soon as I walked in. The guy who came from the back with my pizza had definitely smoked a couple. When I asked for a side of cheese sauce, it was like I blew his mind. He proceeded to tell me they did not have the cheese sauce Pizza Hut has at other locations and online. Then he offered me red pepper and parmesan. He fumbles around in the back for a solid two minutes and comes back to tell me he couldn’t find any. At that point, stupid me for not checking the pizza…
I got all the way home, and the pizza LOOKED okay, other than the fact the person obviously could not cut in straight lines at the time.
I ordered a big pizza box, with two pizzas, breadsticks, and wings.
The pizza was completely cold by time I got home, not ten minutes later. I bit into the first pizza and quickly realized there was no marinara sauce. The other pizza didn’t have any either. If I just wanted cheese bread, I could’ve spent a lot less than $ 22. I’m not entirely sure how you forget marinara sauce on a pizza at all, let alone twice. That’s like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich without the peanut butter. Worst pizza I’ve ever had.
The wings were even awful, which I don’t understand because I’m pretty sure all that stuff comes prepackaged to Pizza Hut. They were very spicy with absolutely no flavor.
The parmesan crusted breadsticks were inedible, as well. I had these from a different Pizza Hut a week before, so I was sure they were wrong. There was hardly any cheese and the bread itself was completely old and chewy.
So then I thought, «Thank God, they gave me marinara for the breadsticks.» Nope. Even the side of marinara was garbage. It was like marinara water.
I got this exact same thing not too long ago, so I knew how it should’ve been.
Ruined my day. I don’t really care for confrontation, so it means a lot when I say I’ll be calling corporate.

Since I had my previous review removed im posting another. Ordered wings and pizza. Asked for ranch. They didn’t bring any. Ordered same thing again another time asked for ranch and still brought nothing. Pizza was poor quality wings were good but failed to provide quality customer service. Have not gone back since. I have better choices for pizza and wings now. This was delivery btw. Also my pizza had little to no sauce. As you can see in the pic I posted somewhere in here…

I would like to say first, I love Pizza Hut! However, this location is terrible. They are always skimpy with the toppings and their customer service is terrible! The quality of the toppings is very poor. Most of the onions on my pizza are the outer layer of the onion which is barely edible!

Nothing wrong with the food. It’s the service provided that I give this location a low review. At first I gave them my address, which is a hotel, and they could not find the address and would not take my order. After figuring it out, they finally took my order. The person taking my order (said his name was Jose) spoke very fast and did not let me clarify what I wanted. Seemed to be rushing me to order. I also asked for boneless honey bbq wings. Jose repeated the order and said I ordered traditional wings. I corrected him again and asked for boneless. He confirmed the order. After I placed my order and paid, he stated it would take an hour for delivery because of the hotel is on pacific coast highway. The location is 3 miles from the hotel.
Once our food FINALLY arrived. I was disappointed to find out that our wings were traditional and not boneless as requested. MULTIPLE TIMES.
I would not bother ordering from this location. Eat somewhere else.
