I’ve been going for as long as I could remember! They are so nice and always do my nails perfectly for a good price. I’ve been going here to get my gel nails done about every two weeks, for every event or dance I ever went to in highschool. And I’m usually really picky about getting my eyebrows done because it was hard to grow them back the way I wanted them to be after I first discovered and went a little over board with the tweezers. The original owner helped me keep the shape to my eyebrows while trying to grow them back, but still maintaining the stragglers. And even under new management, this is still the only place I trust to touch my eyebrows.

This was the first time that my wife went to this salon to get her nails done. She had some extra time, so she decided that she would get her eyebrows done. BIG MISTAKE! The person that was waxing seemed inexperienced and did not apply the wax correctly. Obviously, she did not double check her work before she pulled the wax off. They pulled a chunk of hair off the middle of my wife’s right eyebrow. The person waxing knew what she had done. My wife stated that the person waxing her eyebrows was horrified. They did not charge my wife for any of the services.
I know it was a horrible mistake, but I can’t recommend them to anyone after what had happened.

The place is under new ownership but the customer service remains wonderful. Place is clean. The ladies are very sweet and attentive.

The ladies here are nice and know how to do some designs other popular nail places in the area cant do. They are also affordable. I really like coming here.

I loved this place! I went there for the first time today and the service is great! The workers are so nice and they do a great job! I’ll be going back for sure! :)

I have lived in Westminster for 13 years (the nail shop is very close to Westminster mall) and I am always a «walk in» and they are great! I’m very picky and they do good work. Recently I brought my Sisters and mother in for the works with only a call first and they were able to get us all in for a spa pedicure and manicure/​gel. It was the day before my Grandpas funeral and our time was very short. Tammy called another employee who was off or out and she asked her to come in so we were all finished at the same time. So sweet and fast! Today I brought my pre-​teen in for a very gentle Mani/​pedi and she is so happy with her results! I’m excited to bring in my 5 year old in next week for her very first spa pedicure since they have a hello kitty mini spa chair just her size.

I was in the neighborhood and decided to get a quick manicure while I was waiting for my boyfriend. Let me start with their poor selection of products. I didn’t see anything well known. Just inexpensive, low quality nail polishes. The lady who did my nails seemed like it was her first time. I had to remind her of every single step. Left my cuticles undone and my nails uneven. I mean how hard can a manicure really be? I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I rather pay twice the price and get better service.

Friendly, knowledgeable ladies. Good work. The only downfall is that they are not open on Sundays and very busy on Saturdays.

My nails look fabulous! They treated me very well and the vibe there was relaxing and comforting. I would suggest to get your nails done here, you won’t regret it!

Ive come here every two weeks to get my nails done for the last year. Best prices, best technicians. Tammy does my nails every time. When I call to see if they’re busy, she always gets me in. One night she even stayed open late to do my nails last minute.
Extremely accommodating, very kind, and GREAT NAILS!!! I get kitty claw acrylics with gel manicure. Everyone comments on how cute my nails are… Best place in Orange County!!!

Love love the ladies at Precious nails. I really appreciated the extra attention my mother received today. She was a happy lady after her pedi experience.

I’ve been going to Precious Nails for a little over 2 years and have ALWAYS received great service. It is very clean, the ladies are very friendly and courteous, and they try to make the experience very relaxing. Just recently, they installed all new pedicure spa chairs and they are just magnificent. You come out of there walking on clouds. I highly recommend them.

Sadly, this salon has changed owners and is horrible now. Prices, despite being on the wall are all over the place ie i was quoted $ 3 over the posted price for a fullset– no removals, short nails, one standard color, nothing worth an upcharge. After having my nails done by the new owner– they All broke off after 4 days. I am not hard on my nails at all and a full set typically lasts me 2 – 3 weeks. I came here for over 9 years and have to find a new location. Tracy (the previous Manager) has changed salons and I need to find her! My nails are too brittle now to even do anything but I know it won’t be here. The new owner also gossips about previous employees and discloses all of their personal information— enough for a lawsuit!

This place is clean, friendly, and takes appointments. Although they accept walk-​ins, I suggest making an appointment to make sure you are in an out. There is additional parking behind the shop of the front is full and it’s close to the mall and target if you need to run errands after. Overall, I like this place and would recommend it to others!

For the spa experience precious nails&spa is the place! I am always greeted upon arrival & the staff brings you a water bottle. They even have a refreshment area. The shop is spotless! Unsure why others were un-​satisfied w/​their experience? If your nail chipped the next day wouldn’t you go back to have it fixed? I would! I travel from Long Beach to get full service (wax, gel mani& pedi) every two weeks. Walk-​ins and appointments accepted. I travel because the owner has been doing my nails for the last 8 years. She recently purchased this shop, so i travel because she is the best! I have never been disappointed w/​results! I have sent all my friends and family to Tammi. My gel mani’s last me a week ½ my pedi’s a month! She is great with designs! Free style designs or you can show her pictures from the net and she can duplicate. The price point is same as other shops if not cheaper?! Now that she has moved I recommend to everyone i know who is willing to travel. I always get compliments on my nails! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Under new ownership. Not the same as it used to be. I got a gel manicure by the new owner herself and it chipped in a couple of days. Referred a friend and she was very dissatisfied.

Clean and inviting. I have been going there for several years. All the people are friendly and do excellent work. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else
