There was an ancient RICOH Fax 2900L Super G3 at work that I could not find a replacement part for anywhere! Even the RICOH website said products for our device was discontinued or no longer supported. Something as simple as aquiring a Tray to catch paper proved to be rather difficult! Once I figured out who to contact(Glenn), my issue was basically resolved without me even knowing it. I was at a different facility when I emailed him and the next thing I know is that I get a response back from Glenn stating that the problem was resolved. Simple as that. We did not have to schedule anything. He just came and knew what had to be replace and the job was settled within 5 hours of me initiating contact. If that isn’t great customer service than I don’t know what is! Thanks again Glenn for your commitment to the job and making our workplace more efficient.
