Best starbucks ever!!! They are so great with customer service, and they keep the line moving from drive thru and walk in. My #1 spot when working in HB. They are the best ! No complaints from me.

I’ve been to this Starbucks drive thru often as I live just around the corner. Just now I paid and had my drink handed to me by a new employee I have never seen. It was at 10:35am on January 21st 2016, I didn’t get her name but she had blonde hair. All she did was stick her hand out for payment and hand me my drink, no telling me the amount before asking for my card, no asking if I wanted a receipt, no thank you until after I said thank you. There was just silence even though her demeanor was friendly and she appeared nice. It was unlike any Starbucks experience I’ve ever had and left me not wanting to go back, and I rarely am left feeling that way.

This has to be the worst Starbucks myself and my husband has ever experienced! Went in 2 times within a two week span to find they were «out of house coffee»? How does this happen at a coffee shops? Never mind twice within a short time!
Another issue I noticed were the baristas more interested in talking amongst themselves gossiping rather then worrying about their customers orders.
I have gone into this particular Starbucks a couple of times a week only because it was on my way to work, usually late in the afternoons. It is most definitely one of the worst customer service experiences I continue to have. I have decided to drive an extra mile in the future to avoid this very sad coffee shop!
Another suggestion to future customers is do not order an Americano if you do experience a shortage of their house drips, for you will receive a cup of java that will taste like hot water. Uggh!

Drive thru is pretty quick and every time I pick up coffee I pick up like 4 for my coworkers as well ha. They always make sure to give me the stopper things or put extra lids so no spills occur.

why do people complain about having «too much ice» in their drink? you know there’s such thing as «easy ice» or «light ice» … not fair to mark down stars because you were given «too much ice» when YOU can simply ask for less.
anyway, i work in the same center as this Starbucks — meaning I come here probably twice a day and my order has never been wrong. i have always been treated very well here, literally by each barista. recently I have noticed they have somebody new almost every day working the register and even they have always greeted me with a smile and taken their time taking my order. i hate being rushed just because there’s a line of people behind me. this is a popular business you’re always going to have a line but that doesn’t mean rush each person, so I like that they don’t do that here.
my ONLY complaint is that there should have 2 people at the registers taking orders on busier days, because sometimes the line does take awhile.

Conveniently on the eastside of Beach, you can get your caffeine essentials.
Hubby and I take the drive-​thru without too much issue, but the parking lot is quite compact, so it’s easy to see a line get extremely cumbersome for others who are parked for the other stores near here.
We only go to this Starbucks if we’re going to the Local Pet Market, which is just across the drive-​thru. You may have to wait a bit depending on the line, but that’s typical.
They get our orders correct, and the service has been pretty nice. I can pay with my gift cards, and I get my receipts when I ask for it. They do not mistakenly put any sugar in my drinks.
If you do try and park, be aware that it really is a small parking lot for a center that has a lot of stores. People do get frustrated with the parking and traffic situation (and Beach is SUCH a busy street).
Otherwise, I’m good with this place.

My fav drive thru! Ayla is the cutest she’s so sweet! I don’t go to this one as much as the drive thru on Adams but I will definitely start coming here more often :)

I love my Starbucks and I’ve been to many but this location is the WORST! It’s never been up to par with the rest. So frustrating when your drink order is constantly wrong. Or when you bite into your breakfast sandwich to find that it’s still frozen in the middle. Barf! I understand it happens once in a while but when its more often than not it gets pretty annoying. I’ve been going to this location because it’s convenient (it’s closest and I have 2 kids so prefer a drive thru) but no more. The last straw was seeing a dead rat baking in the sun in the drive thru. Get it together!

Drive thru is always a mad house. It is actually faster to walk in and place your order. All in all it is a clean store to go to staff is always friendly and gets my simple order correct each time I shop here. i wish the drive thru was not a mad house.

I ordered from the drive-​through. I again, for the second day in the row, had this happen to my straw where ended up sucking up paper because the guy at the drive-​through window doesn’t know how to unwrap a straw… Yesterday, when I was at Starbucks I ordered a spinach feta wrap and it was icy in one of my bites… When I tried my black tea the guy at the window was irritated that I asked for half and half. I complained on Starbucks website, and they were graciously apologizing. So I appreciate that.

I really detest Starbucks locations that go out of their way to make a pour over seem so difficult. I don’t visit this location often, but it certainly seemed that way today.
What happened to the outdoor seating? There is not enough seating inside without the seating outside.
Additionally, not sure when the men’s toilet had last seen a brush?

Overall, great location Starbucks right on Beach.
Great customer service by Eddie, one of the many baristas that was on duty.
Eddie was very welcoming & personable. Explained the menu/​different flavors of teas alone with the caffeine content as well.
Overall, other baristas seemed very busy since this Starbucks location offers a busy drive– thru.
Great place to sit and have a satisfying cup of coffee, tea, or your choice of beverage.
The café was clean and the café was well organized.
Will be back again to relax and sit back.

This place is disgustingly dirty! There were a bunch of flies clinging to the window near where the counter is. Tables were dirty with either bread crumbs or spills. The girl who took my order was unhappy for some reason. And when I asked for recommendation she looked as if she got a stick up her ass! And they pack our drinks with ice, like full of fxking ice!!! That it only took my friend one sip to finish a whole grande drink! Never coming back here! NEVER!

I usually give Starbucks a 5 star because it’s one of my fav places. I’ve been to this location twice though. It doesn’t get crazy busy, but the employees always seem to have an air of boredom with their job & the smiles seem forced. Came across this way with both experiences, but I still go because I love the brand & for the most part (at most locations), the friendly, laid back service & atmosphere.

I love writing positive reviews, and I don’t feel good about writing this review, but today was «the last straw». They always screwed up my husband’s frappuccino orders, and my large latte there was more like cappuccino with 80% of a milk foam in the cup. Today I went there because it was closer to my work. I ordered large soy latte but they gave me a small one, and I with the line behind (dive-​thru) were waiting. When I tasted it, I realized that it was a regular latte — not a soy one that I ordered. How much more can you screw up a simple coffee order? I did not feel like drinking it because it was not what I ordered. It was sitting on my desk and I don’t know why i decided to open it, and saw a fly floating peacefully in my coffee. NICE! Please believe me, I did not catch a fly to put it into my coffee to take a picture! I poured off some coffee to take a better look at that beautiful creature.
