Dr. Morks office is so inefficient and ridiculous, Today was my mothers 3rd and last visit! They didnt have her bloodwork results wich she had in Sept. They made us a Saturday appt for a 6 month f/​up wich they said they couldnt see her cause they couldnt verify her medicare elgibility, shouldnt they have checked all this beforehand? She prescribed her new Rx’s back in sept and she had no record of it or her last visit, very strange! Im going to complain with hoag medical staff and gnp also on Monday. Very disappointing office.
