Like many customers«victims» i applied to get something on payments i’m new at building my credit… its good to start your credit but i give it 4stars only because they helped me build my credit and good customer service but prices are a rip off

I came to this place earlier this year to check out and consider purchasing a washer and dryer set, after comparisons with other popular department stores, I decided that this store would be the best choice to take the offer from because the monthly installments were affordable. Aside from purchasing the duo, I’ve accumulated store credit from being prompt and on time with my monthly payments, so I decided to look around the store this weekend and see which item(s) I could use the store credit on. When I first walked in, it was clear that the store was busy and full of customers, so I walked on over to one of the employees who was sitting on his desk staring off into the distance and I recognized him as the representative who sold me the washer and dryer and I smiled at him. Courtesy lacks in his book, because he told me he was busy with a client and wouldn’t be able to help me. I smirked and said alright, thanks I’ll ask someone else. I looked around for a rep who wasn’t busy, and he then shot up from his desk and walked off and said«I’ll see if we have what you’re looking for», he then waved me over and then repeated«I’m not going to be able to help you, I have other customers» I then said alright, yeah thanks, I got it from here. At this point, not only was I feeling welcomed, but once I saw the product I had in mind, I knew it wasn’t worth the money or trouble. I was looking specifically for an alarm clock with a radio, the one he flagged me down to, was the ONLY one they had there, and it was priced at $ 70. I thought this was expensive but because I wasn’t feeling the ambiance and the way the rep talked to me, I decided to leave. I dislike furniture stores like this, because I sense that the employees are as helpful and courteous so as much as they see you purchasing expensive hefty items. Their products aren’t something to break your bank account for, and to top it off their professionalism, courtesy and work ethics lack in the employee spectrum.

My mom bought a sofa set yesterday, and scheduled it to have it delivered today to her home. I visit her every other Sunday, so I witnessed the incompetence of their delivery department. They said the furniture would arrive between 4pm and 8pm. We thought that was a pretty wide time frame– why not be more specific– like, say, «between 4 and 5pm» or between«7 and 8pm.» Well, we figured we’d wait. My mom called them at 5:30 just to check up on the status. Well, when she called, they couldn’t find her name! It wasn’t until a while after that they found her order and told her that there were still five people before us. Okay, we figured they’d be here by 7. As if that weren’t bad enough, they called at 6pm to inform us that actually, they wouldn’t be able to get here until 8 or 10. My mom was annoyed that after the inconvenience of giving a wide time frame in the first place, they pushed it up even further into the night. Thankfully they didn’t arrive that late after all– just a bit after 8pm. For having had paid $ 89 for delivery, plus the $ 1000 for the furniture, we would have expected more punctual service and a more specific time frame.

Make sure they have your phone number correct and the purchases you made correct as they are always making error and then can’t justify a decent answer for their mess up. The sales lady Catalina G Needs more training before she sells something to anyone.
