I just got a chunky strawberry bowl. You can tell it’s pre made it tastes like refrigerator. They literary topped it with three thin slices of strawberries and even thinner slices of banana as if they pay for them and not the company. My sister asked for the same but NO granola, in or outside of the bowl and as soon as she opened it there were pieces of granola swimming around. Her bowl was even less full than mine and the strawberries were not thoroughly blended. I’ve been to other jambas and they put a decent amount of fresh fruit as a topper but this place is stingy. I would not recommend this place for bowls. Their juices are alright.

This is the worst Jamba Juice I’ve been too. The employees don’t know what they are doing, and they take so long. The drink I ordered also had no flavor at all. It was just the worst.

The wait was too long. The service was terrible and after waiting a long period of time for my drink was disgusting! The drink wasn’t blended well, too thick, chunks of fruit and too bitter. I suggest you retrain your employee.

The employees take too long and bunch up in clusters. It took me 30 minutes to get a surf rider. It’s not like they don’t have enough staff, they just aren’t efficient. They run around and wash blender lids as orders come in. They should Asia tasks to the employee

This is really sad. The 3 employees here are working their asses off with a line that’s going out the door. In order to use the bathroom (only opened for patrons) one of the employee’s has to leave what they’re doing to unlock the door. The bathroom is filthy! The toilet paper roll and toilet seat cover dispensers are empty. And as a result the previous patrons dribble is on the seat. I’m not faulting the employees, they couldn’t be working any harder, and the drinks are great. This is the management/owners fault. By the looks of the constant line all the way to the door you have plenty of business, hire a couple more employees to cover these shifts and make this the enjoyable experience we were expecting and pay for.

This particular location is NOT good. They need to retrain ALLL their staff. They do not know how to make smoothies. I’m very disappointed with this place. I called here yesterday letting them know they did not make my smoothie right, and if I could get my money back because I did not drink it. The employee told me that he will have the manger call me back to solve this problem. I was NEVER called back. I WILL NOT be coming back to this location EVER!!! They really need to get employees that know what they’re doing and that are better trained. I am STILL upset about the money I wasted.

This location is always in distress. Doesn’t seem very tidy and always seems short staffed. Parking is like mission impossible — which contributes to an even more unpleasant experience. When craving Jamba I prefer the location across town on Florence and Eastern Ave.

When before time to try out the new smoothies and the worker name EMELY!!! was very Rude !!! Took for ever and even tied her shoe and said sorry your not on time… So furious never ever will I come back here !!! Workers are super slow this place sucks don’t come here!!!

Great service! I had my very first Berry Bowl from here and even though they ran out of fresh bananas the guy substituted it with extra granola, which I loved! He also blended it very well they, were no frozen chunks like I’ve been running into ever since. Thanks for my very first Berry Bowl and thanks for making it so yummy!
