I honestly don’t like this location everything seems to be all over the place and if you don’t ask where the kid department, shoe department and home department is you will totally miss them.
There is also not a wide variety of options. Their merchandise is very tight. You cant pick from many options. I guess its an okay location if your looking for basic stuff. Other than that I rather go to the mall and see more stuff to pick from. Customer service is okay. Parking in the back I totally missed it btw.

Do not order online and ship to this store. Poor customer service and your items will arrive damaged or missing.

I have been here several time after my appointments with Western Dental and they always have good specials and coupons. Today I bought some pants for work they were $ 80 but they were selling them for $ 42. 96. I asked the lady what were the coupons for and she said for ten dollars off. I was not able to find one since some people actually get more than one coupon on the entrance hoping to get $ 50 off there purchase but when they don’t read the coupon and it says one coupon per purchase. I saw it while I was waiting in line some lady got mad at the cashier because she would not add four coupons to her purchase. I told the cashier I wasnt able to get one. She told me the reason ^ she said don’t worry and gave me a discount from a coupon she was saving. :) really nice lady. So I got the pants for $ 33 well $ 32 something but that was a good deal.

Classy and Historic, niiiice ! courtesy staff and professional, cant go wrong shopping here. also iam very satisfied with the 3^rd floor where you go pick up your online items, very nice staff up there.

Who knew there was an underground floor full of men’s clothing?! (I hear during weekends it’s turned into a rave.)
For eons I perceived this JC Penney as a women’s only department store but as of last week I was completely incorrect. When you walk into the department you see nothing but women’s clothing and accessories. If you’ve ever been to this specific location you too will make the same blunder as I have done but for some odd reason I decided to revisit this store once more and noticed a bizarre elevator glowing in the distance. So I went inside and noticed a few extra floors labeled 2, B and M… could M mean Men’s?! I pressed it and it took me to the top floor full of shoes… so no, M is still left uncertain. Afterwards I pressed B and success! It took me to the fabulous men’s department which wasn’t that bad. I managed to find a cheap and spiffy looking shirt.
All in all, this JC Penney is pretty old and located in the historic Pacific Blvd in HP. If you’re looking for a quick polo shirt then look no further if you’re looking for delicious Thai food… then you read the wrong review and seriously need to reconsider your searching skills.
