Do not waste your money on this very sad excuse for a poke bowl. I couldn’t even eat a quarter of this small bowl without getting way too grossed out. For $ 11 I can go to a real poke restaurant and have it be delicious. DONOTGOHERE. Ew. Fish a weird texture and all of the salmon had old skin on it. They also only seem to serve bowls and quesadillas here now. No rolls?

Got the Chicken Quesadilla. Gross. I ate the first quarter and immediately knew I had made a mistake. Really greasy, cheap cheese. Hardly ANY chicken at all and what there was was super cheap cubes of coldcut style pre-formed meat. Even in the one quarter I ate, I came across a couple cartilage gristle bits. Gross. Ended up throwing the rest away. I offered the remaining three quarters to the people I was sitting with and they all just laughed, «Yuck! No way!» One of the guys said my mistake was not going with the bulgogi, but I can’t imagine that saving this disgusting dish. The miso soup was okay, though. So one star for that.

Not a bad option but not the best option either, stopped by for lunch left full but still more to be desired: Food: Lobster Hand Roll($ 7⁄8) meat looked like TJ’s Langostino not Lobster, it was ok but nothing special and while price was fair(for sushi prices) I don’t know if it was apropos for lunch. In short I couldn’t commit to going that route again. Bulgogi Tacos($ 8⁄9 for 2) you get 2 very small tacos, think street tacos or kings taco size, for the $$$ I think it should have been 3 per order. Like the hand roll it wasn’t bad but left me wanting more. I did like that they used sweet chilli sauce. Overall I paid $ 16 for 2 dishes, left full but 1 dish wouldn’t have been enough. Food was nothing original and honestly I feel like it all could have came from a Trader Joe’s. Decent 3 star meal but nothing that your missing out on.

I’ve had the lobster quesadilla which was very good but a little too greasy and the bulgogi bowl with brown rice which was absolutely excellent!!! I love this place. The food has a lot of flavor, tastes unique and fresh. The people who work on the truck are really nice and polite too.

I admit the flavor of the food is good, but the burrito was literally 95% rice and none of the veges! For 10 dollars I expect more.

Just finished devouring the chicken bulgogi tacos and I want to go back for more! Delicious!!! Everything tasted fresh, and whatever sauce is in the tacos is AMAZING! The 2 ladies in the truck were so sweet and courteous, too! Price-wise, they are more than your average fast food lunch, but comparable to most other DTLA food trucks, so I can’t complain! $ 7 for 2 tacos. Great food, great service and not horribly priced… Trifecta!

Gave them a 2nd try and was not disappointed at all. The lobster roll was great! Spicy and lots of lobster. Happy I can have some good sushi at work. The side salad could have a better dressing but it good. Thanks!

This food truck has some of the best wings I’ve ever tasted. The spice, the texture, it just has awesome wings period.

I would say pass. Food is an experience. You want your meal to taste fantistic. Bulgogi roll. The rice wasnt that great and the bulgogi was dry and not very flavorful. and something really off about them. There was a great opportunity here to make something really good. I think this roll missed the mark. Lobster Roll Bleh I see one issue here is that the rolls are placed together and they stick destroying the integrity of the piece. Theres something really off about these rolls. mIght be the cucumber. Just bit into a piece of the shell or something. Ya … just not a fan…

I kinda see ownership has changed and now with this, you see the changes in customer service and how food is prepared. It has became less than lackluster. Take a note new owners and brush up on your customer skills and acknowledge a customer when he comes up to the ordering window or at least say be with you in a few minutes. I have went to a certain food truck fair in the valley for sometime. While I nearly always go to this truck and have had not complaints. But the last two Fridays I have had bad experiences. Examples: The servers are confused about orders so when you go to pick up your order expect a long wait, and don’t plan on having them take your order for a very very long time. Another time while me being the only customer at the truck, I came to pick up my order.(Same person took my order) and I said to the person oh thats my number. I dont think she believed me. The order taker looked at me in a strange way(Scowling face) perhaps? Wow this made me really feel like I wanted coming back for uninviting warmth of customer service. As for my food. The craftsmanship in the rolls was kinda bad as they were loose and falling apart when I picked them up with chopstix. I had to use a fork. I am kinda bummed as I was a loyal customer, not sure anymore.

Went to eat see hear with my friends. A lot of trucks there but we decided to go to lets roll it for seconds becuae the lobster quesadilla was so good! It was a perfect meal with the beer we got there haha :) my friend ordered the bulgogi roll and she really liked it too. The lady that took my order was very nice despite the amount of orders she was taking in. Definitely will be going back when they have another good movie out! :)

I gotta second the lobster burrito reviews below. Too much sauce and too salty. There was a decent amount of meat(of course, it could always be more), but it just didn’t work for me. Edit: I just found out they charged me an extra $.99 for using a Visa. Dropped another star for that.

Got the quesadilla and it was awesome! We didn’t have a long wait to order or receive food and I would definitely recommend it :)

We got the bulgogi tacos last night and they were just meh. The beef wasn’t super flavorful and it just had onions, meat, and a thai chili sauce on it. I thought it would e more. If I go back I would try one of their quesadillas. The pictures looked good, but I am nervous since the tacos were underwhelming. I think it was the meat that made it just ok.

I have tried this truck multiple times at the Granada Hills Food truck meet on Fridays. I originally tried it as a direct result of a craving for Kogi bbq truck, which wasn’t there, but this truck had a similar fusion style. I enjoyed the food. I get the bulgogi quesadilla, which has nice flavor. My husband gets a lobster quesadilla, which he really likes, but I am more of a fan of some other Lobster options from some of the other trucks. All in all, no complaints. When there are many food trucks to try, I recommend stopping to try the bulgogi quesadilla, best thing I’ve tried on the menu so far. It won;t be the best food truck you’ve ever had, but it most definitely good food.

This truck came to LB today to campus. I was pretty happy to try it. The guys operating it seemed to not really have a handle on the orders so food was slow. The food was okay. Portion size was nice. You get a salad with the basic order which for me was bulgogi roll. The taste however was not so good. The salad was really sweet to the point that I threw it out(and I’m usually a salad eater!). The roll was average. I didn’t like that they advertised as lobster what was crayfish as others mentioned below! Wouldn’t order again except for the size of the meal. Taste was okay but not enough to make up for wait time and the overall experience of eating sweet sweet salad

Bulgogi anything and I’m there! In the realm of trendy food trucks that are largely hit or miss, Let’s Roll It is definitely a hit. It’s creative, fairly priced and well executed. Their bulgogi is tender and full of flavor, plus you can get it in several unique modalities: sushi roll, burrito or taco! All delicous! I love that they have combos where you can mix and match and try a bit of everything. They are large(certainly enough to fill you up or even share), priced at about $ 10 and come with a side of Asian slaw and ginger. I have not tried their lobster or musubi options, but they look promising. Service is friendly and efficient! The guy taking orders was energetic and charming, and they really hustle to get food out fast. Tip: Get half sweet and half spicy sauce! Final impression: Try!

SOBOMB. Just when I thought fusion food couldn’t get any better, I stumbled upon this truck in a corner at DTLA night market. I tried the bulgogi roll and it was delicious! If I can just perfect the sushi rice maybe I can soothe the cravings with a homemade version. $ 9 for a taste of heaven. Also, really awesome service from the friendly cooks :) Keep it up Let’s Roll It.

Not bad. It was the end of my night at the Granada Hills food truck meet(5÷2÷2014) and I was almost full. Last truck we hit up was the Let’s Roll It Truck. I am a spam lover so out of all the rolls they had advertised, I had the spam roll. The spam roll was pretty decent. You had two choices of sauces as well, teriyaki or wasabi glaze. The owner(the dad) and daughter were pretty cool. They also had hip hop/top 40 music blaring in the background from their truck. :) If I see the Let’s Roll It Truck again i’ll try some other rolls.

Food trucks outside from the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. Don’t mind if I do! After a grueling 3 – 4 hours walking around in a world class museum it’s time to hit up some world-class food truck cuisine. Out of all the food trucks parked outside on this particular day the Let’s Roll it truck stands out. Tons of lobster and beef on the menu, something on the menu for almost anyone. There is no disappointment here, Korean cuisine with style and flare. I got myself the chef’s special combo number 22 the Korean short rib burrito with a side to Korean short ribs. For a combo like this the price is more than fair. The Burrito was massive and loaded with flavor. It was sticky and gooey inside with tons of meat. The ribs were juicy and covered in sauce. The meat falls off the bone. If you don’t like sweet meat this is probably not the best choice for you. The sauce is sweet more than anything else. I am a big food truck fan and this truck is a winner.
