Ross Dress for Less

Horrible store please don’t shop here poor service and fitting rooms close earlier than actual stores hours 2hrs before how do people enjoy there shopping when you can’t try on the close I will never come back .what an unpleasant visit

Every time I come in here it is always crowded, the lines are super long. It gives me a headache just walking in here sometimes. I’m not a huge fan of Ross anymore, I’d definitely walk down to Marshall’s instead

Every single time I come to this Ross there is a long line to pay. I understand it’s busy, but what I don’t u derstand is if it’s busy why doesn’t the manager have more cashiers. I went in today and a lady was telling the cashier that there was a long line, she seemed upset as everyone else in the line would. The cashier didn’t like the comment and reply well its busy. I was upset to hear her say that because there was 3 cashiers open. The lady in the refund exchange register was putting on lipstick I’m stead of helping with the line. This establishment needs better cashier coverage. Maybe it’s always busy cause there’s not enough cashiers. This has been an ongoing problem, and we rather go to Marshalls considering the line faster and they have better clothes

Definitely the worst Ross I’ve ever been to… messy, dirty, bad service etc. avoid the headache and long lines.

do not shop here! it is always a disaster. merchandise is always on the floor. rude people, with their 1000 babies and strollers. not to mention the long long long lines. be ready to shot yourself

I’m not a fan of any Ross store. This location isn’t any different than the others I’ve visited. Everything is in disarray– very poor customer service and very poor quality of items. If I’m in the mood to shop a discount store I have to say Marshalls has the lead. On the bright side, when my teen kids are asking to go shopping, I’ll threaten to take them to Ross and It usually ends there.

Always over crowded. it’s located the very busy shopping center. The store itself is ok. Looks like any other Ross. It has an ok selection and its actually not messy like I’ve been ross get. the staff is nice.. I’m giving a low star rating for its line wait time It’s no joke

Not a lot of variety of clothes or even dresses for kids everything is on the floor I don’t blame the staff but the people that shop there but I guessing is the location full of _​_​_​people maybe they should start getting organized and please make the woman stop letting their kids run around and screaming like psychos

I love shopping at Ross but not in this particular one.
Every time I go in morning or evening it’s always a mess
Not to mention the long lines. I always wait longer in line than shopping

I went into this Ross wanting to keep an open mind? They have the worst customer service! Maybe I’m old school but employees never greeted us. Went in dressing room to try on some clothes and the employee didn’t even look at us she said place the items on the bar so I can count them. What’s wrong with her just counting them while I hold them up? Then when you come out if the dressing room YOU are required to make sure you put the clothes back on hangers. You again have to place your items back on bar so she can count the items to make sure you brought items back. Finally while standing in line with about 15 people in front of me there’s another bar with a sign saying to please take hangers off to speed up the line? When I went up to pay employee never greeted me? Rang me up I paid and she reminded me to take me receipt from register? There was a sign also on the register to take receipt in order to speed up the line? Really? No more customer service? I still stood in line for about 15 minutes! I usually go to the Ross in Downey. I will not be going back to Ross on alameda!

This store is located in the Alameda shopping center. For a long time after the LA riots this area did not have any good shopping centers. This store is Perfect at 9:30am. Any other time it is super packed. You will definitely find what you are looking for at a Ross store. This one is no exception. I don’t notice any difference in the selection here, I’ve heard other people say that because of where it is they bring the crappy stuff. I’ve been able to find exactly what I’m looking for everytime I come.

Selection seemed worse than other Ross. The workers and customers here are definitely more ghetto than other Ross.

I LOVE Ross, just not this one :(I was so excited when it opened. I’ve given it many chances but it’s ALWAYS a mess. Even as you enter you can see the clothes, purses and shoes on the floor. I know it’s hard for them to keep it organized but if they’d only keep the stuff off the floor it might A: attract more people to enter and B: keep people from slipping & hurting themselves.
