Will never buy here again. A replacement SIM card ran me $ 20. I’ve never paid over $ 10 for a replacement at a T-Mobile store. They also threw in some cheap ear phones. Lol. Seriously!!! Don’t waste your time or money here.

My rating is based solely on my experience with JOANNA. I went in looking for help a while back because I needed more data. She explained to me there was a promotion that I qualified for that would give each line on my account 10gb of 4g data AND would be $ 20 cheaper than the bill I was paying! She was able to put me on my new plan and have it start up on my next billing cycle. Some time goes by and I get an email for another promotion T-Mobile is having for a free tablet as long as I add a data plan to it. I go to the store and was lucky enough to have Joanna help me again. I’m so lucky because she was so helpful the last time, I was sure she would help me out greatly this time. She showed me the tablet they were offering and explained I can get a «match my data» plan for it, meaning it would match the data I have on my cell lines to the table, up to 5gb, for only $ 10. Which was such a great deal because the other plans cost more and had less data. She was able to get me in and out of the store with a brand new tablet in such a short amount of time. If I ever need to go back to the store, I’m going to call ahead and make sure Joanna is working so she can help me. She deserves a raise for being so helpful :)

Wow! SUPER pleasant service from start to finish. I didn’t get the girl’s name, but she walked to my mom and I as we entered the store. Looking around, it was very busy; Saturday afternoon. The girl maintained her attention on us as we told her we were looking for a cheap, nice smartphone. She took us over to the phones and we decided on the Alcatel. She was helpful in breaking down payment methods, and everything else. This girl has given me the best service that NOOTHER T-MOBILE employees have EVER given me, in my 8 years of being a customer. I was so thankful for that. :)(I didn’t expect such great service at this location) btw it feels like a party inside. They have salsa/merengue playing lol.(It’s the T-Mobile right in the corner, not the other one on pacific)

Francisco helped me at the Huntington Park Branch… He was Amazing. I switched from Verizon, whom i had been with for over 10 yrs. Francisco took the time to understand my needs and explained every detail of the benefits I was signing up for in switching to T-mobile. He guided me through the set up process which made the transition seamless. So far I am happy with the service and every time I have a question and reach out to Francisco he is ready and willing to help! If you decide to go to T-mobile go to this location and ask for Francisco to experience the best and most professional customer service!

We walked in and notice that this store is so busy, but in about 10 minutes we were acknowledged by Denise C. and began to help us out, long story short I needed a phone, and was offered a good deal with accessories. And an up sell that was pleasant and was not being pushy in any way. I believe she answered my questions in detail, and looked like she had a permanent smile, because she had our attention and made the sale with little effort. So when it comes to Customer Service, Denise C. gets my vote. We walked out of there satisfied and will be going back to set up that home wifi with her. Thanks again Denise C. cheers.

I am very sorry to say that the customer service in this store is TERRIBLE! I think T Mobile should be very careful when hiring CS. this gives your company a very bad reputation. I being to other stores and never gone thru this with at lest two people in this store. I hope T Mobile do something about it.
