Went in to check out there new unlimited everything family plan.
The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful.
The plan seemed really good.

Went here to get a phone (came from Manhattan). I was eventually able to get a phone and the customer service for that particular day was great (it was a Saturday). Unfortunately, my ID was not returned to me so I had to send someone to pick it up for me during the week. No one had called the day after to let me know my ID was at the shop and even worse, when my ID was picked up, the customer service was rude and not a good representation of what I would expect from T-​Mobile. No one apologised for the incident, and the person who went to pick up my ID was told to leave the store.
